Great food and fast delivery.
My Black Lab (2) & fussy Staffy (12) with a delicate stomach, absolutely love the Premium Hypoallergenic Chicken & Rice, and Salmon flavoured Dog Food with Joint Care. It really helps with their Skin/Coat, joints and sensitive stomach. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Well i never got my dog food I get the issue was with DPD. But you guys could of sent replacement now i have to wait till Wednesday.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially when you’re waiting on your dog’s food.
Just to clarify for anyone reading, your parcel was dispatched on time from our end and has been delivered by DPD to the selected pickup shop, where it is currently available for collection.
The change to a pickup location was made via DPD during the delivery process, which is outside of our control. As this happened over the bank holiday weekend, we weren’t able to resolve the issue with DPD any sooner, but we kept you updated throughout and offered to resend the order once we were back open.
We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible and support our customers wherever we can.
If you have any further issues collecting your parcel, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Haven't received the delivery yet. They say DPD have let them down. Sneyd's didn't inform me of this, I had to request a delivery update.

Because your order was placed on Friday the 13th after our daily dispatch cut-off time, it was correctly scheduled for dispatch on our next working day, which was Monday. Unfortunately, our courier, DPD, experienced a vehicle breakdown on Monday. This unforeseen issue was entirely out of our hands and meant they collected your parcel on Tuesday instead.
We do sincerely apologize that we did not proactively notify you of DPD's breakdown before you contacted us. We rely on the courier's tracking system during these incidents, but we take your feedback on board regarding our communication.
Your parcel is out for delivery with DPD today (Wednesday). While we are sorry for the inconvenience this third-party delay has caused, our team fulfilled your order as quickly as possible within our stated working hours. We hope your delivery arrives smoothly today and that you will reconsider your rating once your items are in hand.

My dog enjoys the food and has no bowl issues which is great. It is easy to order and has a good delivery time. When the food was out of stock I was called and they supplied an even better quality food for the same price.
