We love this as Mia are Springer spaniel is really fussy about her food till we found Sneyd she absolutely loves it and the treats. Don’t stop supplying it.

Still waiting for DX to deliver my bag…
Sneyds read my review below and contacted me as their customer. They chased DX and have arranged a new bag of food to be sent and delivered by DPD tomorrow - can’t say fairer than that - superb customer service.
Still waiting for DX to deliver my bag of food. I did delay delivery until last Friday but was advised later in the day that they would be unable to deliver and asking me to reschedule which I did for today Monday 8th Dec - had text to say out for delivery (1405-1605) but nothing yet and I can’t track - why did you move from DPD?
We pay a lot for delivery ☹️😡

Personal service from people who care
We have 4 working dogs and over many years have selected this product for its nutritional value and supplements; our dogs love it too! When there was a delivery issue (their carrier's fault, not Sneyd's), their Managing Director personally dealt with it to our satisfaction and is reviewing courier to avoid future delivery issues.

Could offer better value but...
I'm giving this experience five stars despite the fact that I think Sneyd's could offer better discounts for repeat customers and bulk buyers.
The service is swift and the communication is good and the product is of a consistent standard.
