No Product, No Refund - They Took My Money
I ordered a kids' balance bike from wondernest.co.uk. Delivery was promised within 3–5 working days.
After the payment was taken from my card, I received no delivery confirmation, no shipping information and no updates at all. I waited for the bike, but it was never delivered.
I then tried to find contact details on the website, but there was no phone number, no address and no proper contact information, only a contact form.
I sent multiple messages asking for an update and later requesting a refund. My emails were ignored.
After many attempts, I finally received a reply saying that the bike was out of stock. I paid £50.99, but only £5.99 was refunded to my card.
I am still trying to recover the remaining £45.00, but my emails are again being ignored.
This is how they do business - taking customers' money without supplying the goods they paid for. Avoid this website.
