Great ongoing support
When I need support, the team at Wondrwall always get back to me quickly and professionally. As with most complex electrical items, issues crop up from time to time but when they do, they are always sorted promptly and at the first attempt. I’m very happy with my PV System from Wondrwall.

Great customer service. Very patient staff
The gentleman on the phone, I believe James was his name, was very patient and helpful. He stayed with me on the phone until I fixed all my lights. Great customer service.

We had batteries and inverter fitted to our existing solar panel system, the work was problem free from start to finish.From placing the order to completion, the service was excellent. I was unsure about some settings on the Shine app but the Tech department were really helpful and thy helped to get everything set as I wanted it. Highly Recommended Company

Wondrwall call with James
James was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. He went out of his way to help me beyond his working hours as we were having trouble with our heating system. Great experience.

Simply great service
The customer service at Wondrwall is the best ever. I have spoken many times to the tech people and found them to be patient and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble. When I thought I had a fault, Ali came my home and showed me 'how to'. He came quite a distance but was so patient. I couldn't ask for more.
I have given today's date as 'date of experience', but this is only the most recent time I have needed their help and advice.

Wondrwall (Golden Support Team)
We brought a house over a year ago which had a Wondrwall system installed. At first, we were nervous but I wouldn't look back. Everything is amazing. Not only that, the support we received is second to none. Had an issue with one light switch after updating our router and I could not fault the help we got. James and Ali, you guys are legends!

Arrived on time, sorted out the problems and explained everything as he did the work.

Excellent service from Wondrwall I was struggling with my new build property on how things work Ali was excellent on the phone but David who did a home visit was brilliant he went above and beyond to help and show me how things work.

I have been impressed with the speed of response of Wondrwall technical staff to our questions and also with their expertise. Ali Dirjal has been very patient and helpful. We are just embarking on our experience with Wondrwall and we will no doubt have more questions. My hope is that this level of customer service will continue.

Wondrwall are a first rate company
Wondrwall have far surpassed our expectations and we are delighted with the actual equipment that has revolutionised our complete way of living by allowing us to be in complete control of our energy and electrical systems which has led to huge savings in our energy bills.
