I bought some stair nosing. The samples and products were with me within a working day. No defects and a good quality product.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Not a company, just two random people it turns out! (Could hear the wife screaching on in the background of the phone call about me whilst I was talking to the guy.) Extremely rude, very poor customer service. My experienced fitters have layed the floor and found boards are different widths! It's sent the pattern completely out and now they have to try and take up a glued down floor. The woman said the fitters should have checked if before laying even though it is supposed to be A+ graded flooring. How they are expected to measure each plank before laying im not sure!! Obviously no QC on their products. On top of this when they sent the first lot of flooring I ordered it arrived broken on 3 occasions! Then they acted like they were doing me a favour replacing it! Ive spent 3k with this company and had nothing but faulty product and the rudest customer service ever. I will be taking them to trading standards and small claims court.

Warning. Beware buying from this company. They market themselves as a flooring company but are nothing more than middlemen with very little knowledge of flooring. They hold you to ransom and use illegal restockimng fees. I'm a fitter and found this out after I'd ordered Timba chevron flooring that had problems. The flooring however is sold under 2 different brands on their website (Holt & Timba) but is actually the same Barlinek wood. They supplied the wrong instructions and no warranty. When I notified them, the owner Mark was a complete and utter clueless joke. He tried to pass off another brand's instructions & warranty instead of the brand I bought and this went on for days getting nowehere so asked for a refund and that's where alarm bells rang and the dodgy stuff started, i.e. that he held us to ransom stating we would get a refund when his supplier issued a credit note "You will get a full refund minus the collection charge, once Timba Floor has received the flooring back and checked the flooring they will issue us a credit note so then I can refund you minus the collection charge". This is illegal

So, if you buy anything from this company and pay your money but have a problem, then they will noit refund you until their supplier refunds them - totally ilegal.

I went onto this website to order something for my stair case. I used the online chat to ask a few questions and was met with rude and unhelpful responses from Mark. Quite a shame as their other reviews look really positive.

They had the product I wanted in stock. Fast delivery, with regular updates on delivery time.

We are thrilled with the wood floor that we bought from Wood Flooring Supplies, Kerry and Mark were immensely helpful and made everything possible. Would highly recommend!

Having rung round a number of suppliers WoodFlooringSupplies were definitely my first choice - Kerry was very knowledgeable about what I would need and Mark dealt with my order straight away. Having arranged my delivery, I then had to delay it - NO PROBLEM- I then had to add some additional items, again - NO PROBLEM. I was also informed on the morning when my delivery was coming.
All this and they were the best price too!!
We have already recommended them to friends.

Delighted with the service provided by this company, from whom I have ordered on a few occasions now. They are very good at communicating and orders are delivered quickly and reliably within a 2-hour time slot. They are also happy to provide after-sales advice. The only minor issue I had was that all orders are kerbside deliveries however delivery men usually seem happy to bring the products inside. I would definitely recommend ordering from them.

I've ordered a few things online recently, I have to say that the service from WoodFlooringSupplies was the best of them all, and they were all pretty good. Kerry was excellent, going the extra mile to ensure that I had ordered the right thing, then making sure I got a new order through as quickly as possible and that I knew what the delivery window was. Absolutely first class! And the price of my flooring was the best that I could find anywhere. I would even pay a little extra next time because I trust the service completely. Thanks Kerry!

We bought Boen wood flooring through WoodFlooringSupplies, and were advised at every step of the way - from initial advice, ordering samples and selecting the flooring, to scheduling deliveries and checking that the items arrived. It was a pleasure to deal with Mark and Kerry, as they were very responsive and proactive. We felt the price was competitive as well. We would unreservedly recommend this company.

Very satisfied with the price and the services. WFSupplies were very flexible when there was an issue with the delivery but the WoodFlooringSupplies solved it immediately and found a quick solution for me. I will go with them again! ;)

I had a very good experience with Woodflooringsupplies, Mark answered all my emails promptly and there was no hard sale. He gave me a very good price on the engineered wood floor I chose and he went the extra mile to make sure it was going to be delivered on time for the day I booked my fitter. Highly recommended.

I was not sure whether the Oak nose trim on the site would be suitable for my stairs. I contacted Mark via live chat and he said he would send me a sample, which arrived the next day. Was just what I wanted and when I ordered I got to select delivery day. Plus in the morning I got a text with a two hour delivery time slot.

After delivery got two texts to confirm that my order was all OK.

The Oak Nose trim and the Oak threshold strips were of excellent quality.

When live chat was not available emails were answered within the hour.
It is a long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service so I just had to write a review.
