A company who offered the Pinikay logs I wanted. Ordering and all dealings with the company were first class. I had a problem with delivery which was outside the Company 's control. I had dealings with Steve who was sympathetic and as helpful as he could be. It was resolved and the product looks good so I am pleased. I would recommend Wood Fuel Co operative and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Haven't tried the new briquettes which were delivered today. The pallet was not intact and many of the bundles were damaged and a fair few briquettes are missing/damaged. Obviously this pallet has had some journey, the delivery process can be best described as shambolic. Will I order from this company again, probably not...

Driver phoned first and arrived on time. Unlike some previous deliveries, driver manoeuvred the pallet into a prepared space whereas previous deliveries were left at the roadside and we had to manhandle them into storage.
