The firewood arrived on the afternoon on day requested. The driver was very polite and put the wood in the corner of our garage.

Delivered on the set day. I got an email a week prior and I admit, I panicked - I was away and not due back for 6 days, Gates all locked - aargh? I rang them and was told it was fine, it was just the advice that it had been sent to the delivery company - phew!!
Delivery company and driver was amazing. Did everything he could (and succeeded) to get the pallet under our carport.
Can't comment on the burn yet as I bought semi-seasoned! But, it is all clean and smells lovely as it's drying out. Thanks guys, I'll be back

Load very well wrapped. Kept informed of delivery timing. Very helpful driver who put load exactly where i could unload easily.
