The panels are stunning, Jodie was absolutely brilliant. I accidentally ordered the wrong panels and they exchanged it and re delivered in 2 days! Couldn’t recommend the customer service enough.

6 pack starter kit comes with extended connector wires for ease of putting lights im far apart as shown.
Customer service is exceptional, spoke to Jodie about a faulty power pack and they sent out a new one next day even after the 28 days refund period, clearly a company who values its customers.
Lights are dimmable and very bright when needed, can also connect via the smart life app which you cam control with alexa, great variety of settings.
Looks amazing in my opinion and value for money for the 6pack starter kit is great.
I would highly recommend.

Advise...keep the lights straight for a few hours by laying something on them and then place them into the wall, you can also cut the strips down to size after every couple of mm which is great

I ordered 3 panels. There was an issue with the delivery and the delivery driver damaged all 3 panels . I contacted wood panel team. Within 24 hours the issue was resolved. They were brilliant. Customer care was 10/10. Thank you.
Panels are fabulous they are not flimsy at all and I got what I paid for. They look great.

Quick delivery and looks good. Although packaged well with side and corner protection 2 of the 5 boards ordered had minor chip damage to the laminate on one of the corners. Fortunately this damage was cut off during the fitting process.

Received the order with slight delay but the owner was very prompt in responding to any issues .Overall good experience

Emailed the company to see if the panels came as a pair or single,nobody bother to reply.i then placed a order and put 2 in basket that cost me £179,the next I received a call from them about delivery as they couldn’t find my address while on the call I asked how many panels I had ordered and was told 2.i said to the lady on the phone (Jodie) if someone had got back to my email to let me know I wouldn’t of ordered from there for that price,I then proceed to buy 2 more as I need 4 in total,the address problem was sorted and order was on its way.the people who delivered it had been walking all over the box’s which also had holes in the box’s.when opening the boxes the panels was in a film cover and corner protection.the panels have scratch marks and other marks on the 2 corners on 2 panels are damaged.i tryed to cancel the person who I hired to do the job as I was told if I cancel I have to pay him for his time as he would of missed out on getting a job somewhere else for that time.so I had the panels put up and they need paint to get rid of the marks.i have today emailed pictures of the delivery and also the issues with the panels and yet again no reply from Martin who the email went to.about 4:30pm I called the number and Martin answered when I spoke to him about the problems and issues he was not interested 1 bit he told me that they go above and behind on there packaging to stop any damage but yet the corners where damaged even tho it have plastic bits on corners of the panels so that means the panels must of been damaged before the plastic corner protection where put on.if I could put pictures up on here for everyone to see I would but it doesn’t let me
