We were really impressed with the communication from this company, we ordered samples which came quickly and were actually a decent size so that we could make a real judgement about the quality and colour of the wood. We wrote back to request a few additional samples for comparison and these were dispatched quickly. The ordering process was really easy and there are lots of ancillary products available to help with installation. Most importantly the quality is excellent and the wood appeared on time and in great condition at a good price. Would not hesitate to recommend.
