Woodsmith provided an absolutely exceptional service when I ordered a toolbox from their website. Claire and Izzy went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met when I had issues with the product sent, and dealt with the problem quickly, kindly and with great understanding. Reasonably Priced & Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a few items from here, consisting of wet and dry paper, leather stop and knife sharpening kit.
Although I’m yet to use them, the order was spot on and the items look great quality.
As a novice, it was really helpful speaking to someone to discuss options and seek advice. The customer service is truly outstanding and the items were really neatly packaged and shrink wrapped.
I spoke to Izzy who was super helpful and really knowledgable.
I’d definitely purchase from here again.
