I received my surveyors report as per their guide line. It was a very detailed report, informing me of maintenance work and urgently required work.
I would recommend Woodward Chartered Surveyors.

I had to cancel my survey due to a break down on the chair, the staff were very helpful and I was able to rebook easily.

Very quick to get an appointment and very quick to receive the report back. Helpful staff when I rang up.

The report was thorough and the surveyor was willing to meet at the property for a helpful chat once the survey was complete. Arranging the survey was quick and no issues at all.

The detail of the survey has been extremely helpful. After a careful reading, I also found the free follow up phone call with the surveyor to be very instructive in resolving some of the issues identified. The staff at Woodward Chartered Surveyors that I spoke to were always helpful and friendly.

The report was clear and they checked specific areas I had asked to do. No outstanding plusses or minuses

Unfortunately they forgot to communicate with me back when the survey was ready, as a consequence a delay of 2 weeks in finding results. Unacceptable for an institution with credits, was a disappointment, and overpriced on top, but anyway is central London, expensive for bad quality, getting used to it !

Woodward (specifically Douglas) provided a very detailed and thorough survey report taking into account all the points we requested before the survey. The follow up phone call with him helped clarify some of the subtitles that are hard to put across in text and now we have a very good understanding of the house we are purchasing and what will need to be done to it and how urgent those things are.

Very thorough, clear, easy to read (from a non surveyor point of view) report. And cleared up a few questions I had.

I only had a glance through to see the property price is fair and reasonable. I have not tread the 54 pages of report yet.
