We are the largest regional practice of Chartered Surveyors. With five full time Chartered Surveyors, two highly regarded specialist consultants and a team of five in administration. Many surveyors work alone. Our surveyors have instead chosen to be part of a team because we know the value of specialisation and a constant exchange of professional views. We are believers in Life-Long Learning and meet twice a month to share information on values, changes in the law, new building techniques and materials. This is a very real difference that we pass on in our survey reports to our clients. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. If your survey includes a valuation, this will be done by a Registered Valuer. Range of services Our surveyors are predominantly BUILDING SURVEYORS and residential PROPERTY VALUERS. Much of our daily work is Residential Property either diagnosing defects, advising buyers with House and Flat Purchase Surveys and Valuations or property undergoing major refurbishment or building work. We also have a range of services for Commercial Property, including Schedules, specifications, special Condition Reports and of course full Building Surveys.

Excellent service.
When the surveyor arrived at the property to do a HBS he discovered a leak from the loft. He helped sort it out and returned 2 days later to do the survey without extra charge. The report both written and verbal were great and a follow up query was responded to very quickly.

The survey was done as soon as possible…
The survey was done as soon as possible and their account/admin department kept me in the loop. The report was very details and very thorough. Most usefull.
The surveyor was definety very professional and honest as he wouldn't charge me for a survey 3 when the flat only required a survey 2.
I would recommend Woodward to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent Survey, Couldn’t ask for more!
A comprehensive report that was really well organized and was easy to follow. My follow up call with Kare Farrar, the surveyor was really valuable. I was impressed with her detailed knowledge of the property and the issues I will need to deal with.
