The watches are very good quality. I've had mine for 8-9 years now and it held up to daily wear very well.
It's the customer service I am disappointed in. Recently a link in the watch bracelet broke and I ordered a replacement one, but was the wrong size. Got in contact with the customer team, they said they'll help and then... stopped replying. Ghosted. Emailed again asking what the resolution is... no reply.
Went on and ordered another link for my watch, where in reality they should have exchanged the wrong one with the correct one. I have now paid double the price for the 1 link I needed and I am also stuck with the wrong link. Will not be recommending them if this is how they care for their customers.

Unfortunately I had very bad experiences with 2 separate watches which I purchased from Jord.

My first watch had it's battery die 2 times within the first 15 months of ownership. The first time Jord replaced the battery and the watch continued working for a few more months, but shortly after it stopped working again and I had to replace the battery myself due to it being out of warranty. By that time I had also noticed that the calendar date function stopped working completely, which the local watch shop guys couldn't fix and Jord stuck firm to their warranry policy, despite me having 3 issues with my watch within the first 15 months.

My 2nd Jord watch had it's seconds hand fall off without reason after about 13 months of ownership. I barely even used it and one day I noticed the hand was floating around inside the body of the watch. Jord didn't offer me any kind of concession, even though it was my second damaged watch complaint, both happening within months of each other.

Jord, in my opinion, is a 3rd rate watch company masquerading itself as more high-end. Sure, the watches are beautiful, and the box/packaging in which the watches arrive are very well done, but overall these are just poorly constructed watches.

To top it all off, the customer service is terrible. I had to reach out multiple times to get any kind of response to my inquiry. They in no way at all went above and beyond expectations -- they didn't even meet the most basic expectations one would have from a watch company: that the watches actually last for years before needing any kind of repairs.

Before I recommend to everyone that they look at Jord's website. Now I don't even mention their name. I can't see this company still existing in 2-3 years if they keep their current quality control standards in place.

Two stars for Jord because I need my watch repaired. I purchased it a few years ago. I only wear it on special occasions & love it. It is a beautiful watch (tiger wood & teal face). I always get compliments when I wear it.
The watch stopped running & I took it to a reputable jewelry store that does watch repair. They could not fix it & sent it off to another repair who also could not fix it. The second hand has fallen off. Where are people getting their watches repaired?
Jord, you didn’t respond to my emails. A watch that won’t function after a few years is not of quality. You will drive your business into the ground. Please advise.

First I love these watches. The last one I bought was for my MIL but the hands did not work properly. Jord customer service is TERRIBLE. Their communication with customers is nonexistent. We have no idea if they received the returned, non functioning watch, if it is being repaired or replaced, and no apology for our troubles. I love these watches but there are just to many watch manufacturers to buy anymore from a company that does not value customers. - Cheri

**Update** I am editing my previous review since Jord has responded. It is not singular to the Cora watch. It has been several of their models that we have fixed in-house since the Cora incident. The most recent is the Meridian line which I will add that I did email Jord support and I received a response to this review before I received a response to my support email. We will happily provide the list of watches that have been repaired in-house on this review if needed. It isn't just a singular incident with this company.

Don't just trust my review but do the research for yourself. I will also add that I decided to leave this review at this point as it has become frustrating that we must deal with the Jord customer services issues in house as we did not have the support of the company.

We are retail store that introduced Jord in our inventory line in 2019. We are a small mom and pop. We met with Mike Bluestone personally. We loved their product and loved supporting a local business. Everything was great the first couple of years until it was not. We have seen mechanical failures with these watches in the short timespan that we have sold them. We were promised by Mike that the product would be backed and all customer services issues would be resolved. This has not been the case. In fact, Mike is no longer an active business partner and I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Salman Shah. This phone conversation did not go well and it took weeks to even get the first call. I do NOT recommend this company. The movements are cheap Chinese knockoffs. We have an in-house watchmaker who has been able to repair all the mechanical failures in-house without the assistance of Jord. They basically told us sorry we can't help you. Who doesn't have the parts to repair their $425 watches?? Save yourself from this company and do not buy from them. I can only imagine the lack of customer service from a consumer if they treat their business partners as they have done us. If you look up Salman Shah and Mike Bluestone on LinkedIn you will see that they have several business affiliations. Maybe they need to focus more on a few and fix the customer service issues.

UPDATE: Jord did finally send the purse out and we received it. 10 days after my wife's birthday unfortunately. They also gave me a partial refund down to the sale price on the purse, which was very kind of them. I would have maybe given 3 stars, but the lack of communication and the fact that it was promised to be here by my wife's birthday and it was not.....makes it 2 stars.

I purchased a purse for my wife on January 3rd. On January 18th I still had not received it and I emailed support email. Got a reply back. I told lady it was for my wife's birthday on 2/3 and I needed it by then. She said they were in the process of moving and that I would have it by 2/1. I didn't receive it. So I started emailing again. No reply. I have emailed multiple times and gotten no reply, I have chatted in multiple times and no agents are ever available, and I tried calling the number and it has a message saying to leave a message or email. It is now 2/9, almost a week after my wife's birthday and I have no purse for her and no communication from the company, but they took money no problem. Worst experience I have ever had.

This is ridiculous site .

I paid extra money for the priority mail which was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago it was my husband's birthday.. and it's already 2 days late the item hasn't even shipped yet
I emailed several time .. left so many messages about the update on my ordering body has responded me at all . Please be careful about this site

I just want my money back at this point.

I have had my current Jord watch for about 4 years and have worn it a handful of times for special occasions. The last time I went to wear my watch the hands fell off when I tipped the watch over. Upon noticing this I contacted their repair team and filled out the requested RMA. They tell me the watch is out of warranty (which I already knew it would be) and that they don't carry parts for this watch, but they'll gladly give me 50% off a new watch. Seems like a scam where all they try to do is upsell you if you have repair needs. If you can't be bothered to repair your products, items that are expected by customers to last years to come, then just be straight up about it. Such a waste.

J'ai acheté un coffret Frankie II & Archer, contenant une montre et une paire de lunettes de soleil.

Les lunettes de soleil sont arrivées endommagées, le liseré métallique sur la branche était détaché.

La montre a régulièrement affiché des retards malgré des changements de piles. Au bout d'un an, le verre de la montre s'est décollé.

I love their products, especially the watches and the bags. I have a Nina bag which is very nice and eco leather created.

I love the light weight wood and overall style. It is well made and gorgeous. I can dress it up or down and I get so many compliments on it! Definitely recommend !

I purchased my husband watch for his 45th Birthday and thought it would be a change from his beloved Movado watches. I received the watch around 4/07/20, and during the purchasing process a customer service representative was in constant contact with me. Since the Pandemic he has only worn it once and it's been kept in the beautiful engraved box. My husband took it out the other day and realized right at the start of the band the wood is chipped. Now mind you this watch is over $450. I reached out to a customer service rep and he responded within 48 hrs and advised they no longer carry the dusk for my husband watch. I responded that it was not the dusk and I was just simply trying to get a return slip, so they could fix the wood. I wasn't asking for anything free just wanted my husband watch fixed. As of today, I still have not heard back from the company. I will never purchase from them again and I strongly advised against anyone purchasing from them with this level of customer service.

I absolutely love JORD, they have the nicest watches, they go with every outfit. I have the barista coffee watch and I am so in love with it!

I love my Jord backpack. It is feminine and super versatile. It is perfect for energetic women, who love to enjoy themselves and always ready to start the adventure. Because of his small, compact design, it is excellent for daily use but it is at the same time very space, so perfect for the weekend and for an out-door trip. A perfect mix between comfort and beauty and, as if that were not enough, the materials used for its production are 100% sustainable. What else?! 😍
