Το πρόγραμμα HR SUMMER SCHOOL με βοήθησε στην γνωριμία με το αντικείμενο του HRM και στην απόκτηση χρήσιμων εργαλείων για την επαγγελματική μου πορεία. Αρκετά στοχευμένο και πλήρως επικοδομητικό πρόγραμμα με όλα όσα χρειάζονται στην αγορά εργασίας σχετικά με το αντικείμενο. Θερμά συγχαρητήρια στην Workearly Team!!

Workearly was a very helpful, organised and understandable experience. I had no idea and no relation with HR, and the whole program made me learn so much. I heavily recommend it to anyone that wants to try an online course!

Το HR Summer School της Workearly ήταν μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία που μου έδωσε πρακτική γνώση για όλες τις βασικές λειτουργίες του HR, από recruitment και employer branding μέχρι talent acquisition και HR analytics. Μέσα από workshops, case studies και διαδραστικά projects απέκτησα πολύτιμες δεξιότητες και μια πιο ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα για το πώς λειτουργεί το HR στις σύγχρονες επιχειρήσεις. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν να κάνουν τα πρώτα τους βήματα στον χώρο του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Very well organised. Excellent educational material, extended and explained very well. Lots of examples.

Η δομή του προγράμματος ήταν πολύ σωστή, καθώς πρώτα υπήρχε το θεωρητικό κομμάτι της εκάστοτε ενότητας, έπειτα τα case studies, τα οποία σε βοηθούσαν να αντιληφθείς καλύτερα ορισμένα καίρια σημεία και στο τέλος, ακολουθούσε η αξιολόγηση μέσω ερωτήσεων. Φυσικά και η όλη ομάδα ήταν πάντα δίπλα σου, σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.

The curriculum covers a wide range of topics that are essential for a data analyst, making it suitable both for beginners and for those with prior experience, as there are plenty of new concepts and practical tricks to discover. For example, although I have been using Power BI for many years, I came across a great feature I hadn’t used before. The sections on SQL and Python are particularly strong, with numerous exercises that allow you to practice and become familiar not only with the basics but also with more complex problems, giving you real hands-on experience. I definitely recommend it!

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία με πολύ καλά εμπεριστατωμένα πρόγραμμα πλήρως κατανοητό κι εύχρηστο. Υπήρχαν δομημένες ασκήσεις και σημειώσεις και βασισμένες σε σύγχρονες μεθόδους διδασκαλίας και cases με πραγματικές επιχειρήσεις.
Γενικά πολύ καλή επιλογή και η σωστή προσέγγιση του μαθήματος.
Αναμφίβολα πολύ καλή εμπειρία.

Η εμπειρία μου με την πλατφόρμα μάθησης Workearly ήταν η καλύτερη δυνατή. Παρακολούθησα το HR Summer School καθώς θέλω να κατευθύνω την εργασιακή μου πορεία προς τον αντίστοιχο κλάδο. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα είναι η εναλλακτική προσέγγιση μάθησης που προσφέρεται μέσα από ένα ιδιαιτέρως διαδραστικό και εύκολο στη χρήση περιβάλλον για τον εκπαιδευόμενο. Παράλληλα, ξεχωρίζω την άψογη συνεργασία με τους εργαζόμενους της Workearly σε όλα τα στάδια της εκπαίδευσης, από την εγγραφή μου στο σεμινάριο έως και την ολοκλήρωσή του καθώς υπήρξαν πάντοτε άμεσοι, ευγενικοί και πλήρως κατατοπιστικοί σε οποιαδήποτε απορία και αίτημά μου. Την συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα στο μέλλον θα παρακολουθήσω επιπλέον σεμινάρια στον τομέα ενδιαφέροντός μου.

I personally found this bootcamp quite helpful. It emphasizes on both strong technical and soft skills, needed in data analytics roles. Furthermore it provides challenging assignments that will prepare you for technical interviews. Also, in this course the learner gets to have hands in experience with football data in various projects. Last but not least, the learning team is really helpful , present and available throughout the bootcamp.

The overall experience was great! I participated in the Digital Marketing Bootcamp and the content was practical, up-to-date and well structured. It really helped me upskill and gain a deeper understanding digital marketing tools and strategies. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their digital skillset!

Πολύ ενδιαφέρον και καλογραμμένο το πρόγραμμα του AI Marketing. Μου κάλυψε πολλές απορίες που είχα λόγω του συνεχούς εξελισσόμενου τεχνολογικού περιβάλλοντος, απέκτησα και νέες δεξιότητες στην πράξη. Οι coach είναι πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστεί. Θα μου φανεί σίγουρα χρήσιμο στο μέλλον! Ως εργαζόμενος και φοιτητής μεταπτυχιακού πάνω στον τομέα του Marketing και της Διοίκησης το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σε φοιτητές και σε επαγγελματίες!!

It was a great experience attending a seminar about HR analytics. Also the communication with workearly after the end of the seminar is a very positive mark about collaborating again.
