If I could give 0 stars I would. I am completely disgusted with this company. I ordered back in April 2020 a birthday gift and 5 months later half of an order randomly arrived. I have sent numerous emails and only got 2 responses that mentioned the delay because of COVID. They also sent a false tracking number, and then another, then another. None of them worked. They say they’re UK based, but tracking apparently started in China, they’re contact on FB is Canada?? Sorry, but they are a SCAM SCAM SCAM. I started emailing them that I don’t want their products and only a refund and still no response. I reported this company to PayPal and to other sites for fraud because of their “business handling”. It is absolutely ridiculous.

***ALSO beware of posting reviews to companies that have similar-sounding names like “Paint by Numbers”, etc. Protect the companies that actually communicate and provide service to customers.
This scam company is ‘WORLD PAINT BY NUMBERS’.

Do not buy from this company, placed my order in April, have contacted them numerous times as I still have not received my items and keep being fobbed off. Asked for my money back on 5th August, as I am obviously not going to receive my order, was told my request would be passed to the Finance team, have emailed twice since then and am now being ignored.

Ordered 3 PBN in March and have been chasing company for updates since.
Just not worth dealing with - spend your money somewhere else.

I ordered 2 PBN sets in March 2020 and have still not received them. I have been chasing weekly since.

They responded to emails at first saying we have passed this to our logistics team and will process a refund but I am yet to receive my money back four months on.

Do not order from this company - massive SCAM!

I ordered a paint by numbers in April 2020, allowed for plenty of time due the current situation.
When I got in touch they 'claimed' they sent me out another one, which obviously they did not.
I got about 2/3 replies in June and have sent numerous e-mails since with no response. It's absolutely ridiculous.

This company takes your money but does not deliver the product. Over 3 months ive been waiting and still nothing, customer services is a joke. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered from this company in April 2020. The kit was due to be delivered at the beginning of June. After numerous attempts at contact to resolve the situation, I asked for a refund at the beginning of July which I have not had. I chased today & I can see they have seen my message but no response. A real shame as the kit I ordered for my Dad, was lovely & I can’t find it anywhere else. My recommendation would be DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read the reviews first. Facebook should not allow them to advertise on their platform.

NEVER EVER buy from them! I placed an order for 2 items, only received 1 Item. The paint colours were incorrect so I contacted them. They said they will send the correct colours (which they haven’t sent) I have been chasing them for my money back since February 2020. They don’t get back to you, they’re full of lies! This is definitely a scam! I have been sending them emails for the last 3 months, sometimes they answer it and say “I’m contacting the person responsible”...load of crap! They will not get back to you. They’re happy to take your money and run! I have no paintings and no refund!

I ordered 2 items the same day, it took about 2 months to arrive in Ireland, they came separately because they were from different providers which I did not know. I contacted customer service and the answer was: They sent my request to the logistic team and they would get back to me.. They never did but luckily I got the last missing item.
The canvases and paints look OK but they do not cover the numbers.
I am not sure I will order again but I am happy I got the items at the end.

This company takes your money and never sends anything. It's a scam. I ordered on 30 march 2020 and still nothing. Emails to the help email address go unanswered. I have escalated with PayPal so fingers crossed I get my money back.

I would give these scammers zero stars if possible. They will take your money and never ship our your order. I placed one as a gift for my mother on April 29th. The tracking information was updated after a few days but after two weeks of no movement I sent out a request to investigate the shipment. I got the response that COVID-19 has affected the courier but they assured me the package was on the way. Another few weeks passed without any changes of the tracking status, so I asked for a refund. I was told I needed to be patient, but I stood
my ground. I was then told the accounting department had been contacted and that I would hear back once they had made a decision on how to proceed. Of course I have heard nothing since. In the end opened a PayPal claim and today I got notified that a tracking number update has been made. Only to realize they uploaded someone else’s tracking, and that the reviver is in a different town than the shipping address I provided. I’m sure this is something they have turned into a habit. Do not order from them. I will now contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction. I should have done so a long time ago.

Scam! Never received my product or money back! Don’t buy from them! I wish I would have seen the reviews first. Update: they sent a fake tracking number to PayPal and told them I received my order. I called my credit card company Chase and they got my money back for me.

Terrible terrible terrible, like almost everybody else I have not received any order and still waiting to hear for a refund!! DO NOT BUY World Paint By Numbers. Absolute scam and unprofessional handling, regardless of a pandemic. They scarcely reply, my order was made in APRIL and, now July, still waiting about the refund.

I have only ever written 1 review before so it must be bad . Same experience as many . Bought in the first week of UK lockdown ( March) and now July and nothing . A “ Julie” did email me once saying she would check with her technical team but that was the end of communication other than constant stream of offers . Appears to be a scam . Hope others read this to avoid disappointment . Positive reviews can only have been written by them . Re reading them they sound implausibly positive !!

Never received my order and the customer service is so bad. Eventually send this through to PayPal hoping they can refund me.... Update a few weeks later. They send PayPal another tracking code than me which says it's delivered. However I never received anything. This company is a proper scam

Ordered on the 1st of May and still nothing received. I contacted the seller 2 weeks ago asking where my order was and their reply was it's on it's way.. when i enter the tracker number given nothing is appearing.
Paypal contacted for refund
