There was a good selection of cards to choose from and the my wording was inserted exactly as I wished. The card arrived in good time and I am pleased with it.

Very confusing form. Not clear what information was required in each section, particularly in differentiating between the person requesting the gift and the person receiving the gift. Needs serious overhaul. Probably won’t use this again.

Seeds for Life. Website very easy to use. Good range of 'alternative' gifts which will benefit others and range of prices to suit your budget. Gift card arrived within a couple of days.

Bought a birthday card and a gift for a friends significant birthday but if failed to arrive. 😟. I emailed to ask about non delivery but my email was never answered so I rang and spoke with a very nice lady who arranged for gift to be resent.

Website is easy and straightforward to use.
Caters for all price ranges people can afford to give.
Bought a card gift to feed a child for a month in memory of my dad. Came in a few days, in the post.
He would have loved that.

I have enjoyed my sponsorship but in the past year or so, the experience has been poor, especially the way my sponsorship has ended. Very abrupt and in my opinion uncaring. A very short letter and no final picture. When I signed up I thought it was a lifelong commitment, I was wrong.

Previously I was able to preview the card before sending, now you can't. If it is for a specific date like a birthday, you cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on time.
I decided to go with an e card to guarantee it would arrive within 24 hours as stated. Wrong. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was sent the following Tuesday!
I love World Vision and the work they do, but gift cards are not their forte.

Brought an e mail gift for friend, when trying to print, somehow it got lost. One friendly, helpful phone call, and we were back on track. My elderly friend was highly delighted with her gift which was accompanied with lovely special ginger biscuits and a cup of coffee together.

I was having problems receiving my childs letters to me so i wrote via email and your staff tracked the letters down and forwarded them to me for which i am very grateful

Took over 3 days to receive an e-card. I only chose this option because I needed it quickly and website stated delivery would be within 24 hrs.

Bought for a friend’s birthday.

The card arrived promptly and when I realised that I had made a mistake when ordering I was kindly sent a replacement. The recipients were really pleased with it.

My order arrived quickly. One thing which puzzled me. I ordered 3 footballs as a gift for my cousin.
Instead if 1 card saying 3 footballs had been bought, 3 cards arrived.

I bought a World Vision Gift Card to provide books for after school classes as a gift for a friend who said that she didn't want Any birthday presents.
The card I chose was lovely, the message exactly as I wrote it and delivery was just as promised.
ps my friend absolutely Loved the idea and I was forgiven :)

Great, really easy to use but would benefit from a bit more info, such as when your gift would reach the recipient.
