Three Items ordered. None of them are the right items. Wrong size, wrong, fabric, wrong details. No answer from Support. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!
Clothing is not as described. Wrong sizing, wrong material and design. Very slow delivery and very difficult to return. This company is a scam.
I ordered 3 blouses - all supposed to be linen. I received polyester, poorly made shabby clothing. I was shocked at how poorly made the tops were. Not even remotely close to the pictures that were advertised.
Do not buy from this brand. The quality does not match the photos or the product descriptions on their website. In my case, they even acknowledged that the product I received was not 100% as described online, yet they still refuse to accept the return.

Absolute garbage company. I would be very surprised if these items are linen - there's no composition label which is suspicious at best. The size chart is WILDLY wrong. The items I received are a full 10 inches smaller than the size chart states. AND despite the fact that this is clearly their error, not mine, they will not refund me. After a very long exchange with an AI bot all they'll offer is 20%. Avoid this company like the plague.
Your clothes are of inferior quality and you practice false advertising. They are not handmade and the item is completely different from the pictures shown. I've emailed you demanding a full refund. Still I'm going to file a complaint.

I agree! Crooks. They steal photos of beautiful pieces made of linen & cotton & send items that don’t even look like what I ordered & label says 100% polyester. Here’s kicker-after I ordered I saw the same photo with a different company name-also a scam.
Wornease advertises European flax linen and sends you poorly made polyester. They will not honour their return policy. They tell you the return address is in the Falkland Islands to make it impossible. They are 100% untrustworthy.
They sent completely different items with multiple differences and quality issues. I sent photographs showing no lining in jackets, poppers instead of buttons, different lengths to those advertised, different pockets, different materials and lack of detailing. They continues denying they were different, demanded I oay for returning to China with extra duty charges and only offering a max of 40% refund. I had to chargeback from my bank.
