This review is fake. We thoroughly checked our order and payment records and we have found no record of any order, payment, or transaction from this individual with our business.
We requested verification directly through Trustpilot's official information process, including proof of purchase, name, email, phone, and received no response in over a year. A genuine customer with a legitimate complaint would be expected to provide this information to resolve the matter. The continued silence further confirms this review is fraudulent and not based on an actual experience with our business.
We do not tolerate fake reviews. We protect all buyers & sellers on our platform and we pride ourselves with 24/7 live chat customer support for assistance with all pre-order and post-order related matters.
