Sorry you were given the wrong information in the shop, we do free postage on orders over £100 so maybe the staff member got confused about that detail, we would love to do free postage for everything but as a small family business, we just can't afford to is the honest truth. More items arrived than expected, with an apology letter for some slight cosmetic damage to the box. The product (shoes) were tip top condition, and the vender provided shoe cream and polish as an apology - great unexpected service 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!

Couldn't quite believe how much cheaper the dressing gown was. Plus free postage that was quick and packaged well. And I prefer to support smaller (and in this case local) businesses. Thank you!

Superb and friendly customer service
Ordered two beautiful dog bowls online. They were delivered really quickly. Unfortunately one of the stands was faulty. I emailed pictures and then called them. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Scott said he would email me a pre paid postage label so that I could send back the faulty bowl. I later got an email to say not to worry and to just keep the bowl as a spare one and they would send a new one out in its place. Outstanding customer service and very friendly. Thank you Scott
