Terrible service.Ordered and paid for item.3 days later they emailed stating item wasn't in stock.5 days later still waiting for refund.Scam .Do not order from this site.

Customer Service is great... Ordered a coat on next day delivery. Coat came on time but was faulty from manufacturer. Darren at the customer service desk sent a new one through after personally checking that no fault existed on the replacement. It arrived 2 days later - perfect!
Darren also reimbursed the "next day" delivery charge i had originally forked out!!
Excellent service - keep it up. Will definitely order from WowCamping again.

Recently brought a wetsuit, great product and price. Delivered quick

Ordered campingaz cv470 gas cannisters. Great price.
But DHL let them down as they not follow delivery instructions and only deliver if the person is in, so they took back to depot fir me to arrange redelivery or go and collect, which defeats the idea of having it delivered whilst at work.
Spoke to Keighley at customer services who sorted out redelivery the next day, excellent communication. But after opening package found 2 compressed gas cannisters had dents in which isn't good as it takes a lot of banging about to damage a cannister.
So overall not too impressed with damaged product and DHL although WOW customer services we're good.

Ordered melamine dinner set. On arrival the box was badly damaged (outer packaging was not so I suspect it was sent in that condition) One plate was cracked on inspection. Have contacted the company twice via email but no response despite stating they aim to respond within 24 hrs. Avoid company.

Absolutely abysmal company to deal with. Their website states that they aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days, I placed an order on Monday and by Friday it’s still not been dispatched. I’ve contacted the company twice but I’m still awaiting a reply.
Their prices may seem cheap but if something sounds too good to be true…. it usually is!!
If you like to gamble - place an order with Wow camping! If you want your order to arrive - then shop elsewhere!

I was dubious about ordering with Wow Camping, I checked the reviews on here and saw almost half were negative so it did put me off a bit. I found the same tent on Ebay and realised it was also being sold by Wow camping via Ebay and their reviews were actually 99.4% positive. I tried their phone number that i found on google and it was answered with me being reassured that they had my tent in stock. I paid for next day delivery and it arrived at 8.15 this morning! Nothing was broken, it was all new and sealed.
Maybe i'm one of the lucky ones but my experience was great with them, usually I research everything to check out the company i order from to make sure i'm not being scammed. I don't usually leave reviews but I think more people should leave positive reviews if they have positive experiences just so it doesn't allow all the negative ones to take over and force people like me to think twice before ordering.

Ordered a 10ft pool for £122 the day after the price increased to £195, then surprisingly 2 days after order was placed it was cancelled as I was told they had over sold the item, absolutely shocking that they increased the price and where still showing at least 7 in stock at the increased price, 2 very unhappy children should have an option for 0stars, pure greed!!!

Items purchased cheaper than anywhere else, friendly customer service, order placed on Thursday and delivered on a Saturday by DHL. I had spend just over £75 so delivery was free. Overall excellent experience.

Delivery says 3-5 days. Not when it's being delivered by Hermes its not!!

Was abit worried after reading some of the reviews but after a short delay in processing the order due to them being very busy everything arrived very promptly. Part of the order was damaged in transit so not their fault and they were very helpful and gave me a full refund very quickly when I returned it. Carnt fault them, great customer service will deffo be using again I was very happy with the rest of the order.

On initial delivery, one of my items was defective (damaged in transit or a manufacturer defect). Contacted the company and without question sent out a replacement. One of the best customer services I've dealt with. Thanks very much Wow Camping and most definitely recommend you for you very competitive pricing and above all, your amazing customer service...

the worst company i've had dealings with in 40 years in business, charge for next day delivery then goods take 7 days to arrive. try and complain, no response. stay away, use at your peril

Gazebo and gas cooker as cheaper than anywhere else. Tracking number provided within 2 days, delivered for free the next by DHL. Very happy will order again.

After reading all the negative reviews of lately I think it's only fair a share my positive review. I was very very weary of buying from this website because if the bad reviews. I spent almost £700 but it was miles cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered on the Sunday, Payment went through easily, confirmation emails came through (to spam file), despatch email came through (to spam) and my purchase was delivered on the Wednesday morning. I will be using this site again and Saved well over £150.

I was a tad nervous after reading some of these reviews, but the prices were so far below everyone else that I gave it a shot. I paid with Visa so I'd be protected in case anything did go awry. But everything went very smoothly - ordered online, received e-mail confirmation as expected, dispatch notification a day or two later, and delivery promptly after that. The item (a large gazebo) was exactly as described and works perfectly. Just the kind of service I've come to expect from any decent online retailer. Can't fault them.
