They were very helpful, thorough and polite. They were honest in what they could do and what they had done. They were professional and offered good customer service giving me the necessary information I needed to procure the necessary part for my boiler that they were not able to cover. Excellent full boiler service for gas boiler
Completed a full boiler service for my Vaillant gas boiler. Prompt arrival by engineer and work carried out thoroughly. Comms good with reminder notices of appointment and easy option secure credit card payment link. Would use again - highly recommend.
