We don't sell anything called Sharkbite hoodie, we sell faith products. We think this review was made by mistake and meant for another business.
Cute stuff but forever on shipping
Once I finally got all of my order, I was pleased with 75% of what I purchased. The jewelry I bought was as described and I love them. The t-shirt on the other hand was not great quality, and so I am bummed that it did not look as good as advertised. But, my main reason why the 3 stars is because the SHIPPING TOOK FOREVER! I placed my order weeks before an upcoming birthday, and the order did not show, in fact it did not show up for about a month. Anyways, cute stuff but if you want to place an order be prepared to wait at least a month for it.

Um it dosent cleary state it could take over a month to get your order. Had that been pointed out before I finalized my order, then yes I would have known. I only got 1 reply to an email, which gave me a tracking number to track a package that dosen't exsit, so therefore is pointless. Plus you have no phone number, to actually speak to a person. So if I dont get my package by the 26th like you said which is the latest day it should be here, which mind you is a month and five days after I ordered.. then yes I will be reversing the charges and reporting you to the BBB... and p.s. you really need to work on your customer service relations... because the 2 reviews you got , were both 1 star, and your response was snarky and rude.... if it was a satisfactory transaction, then you would be worthy of a higher rating...
