I respect and admire Wren, because it has actual projects, proven to improve climate, and address human needs. It is the best way to do something tangible and real about our planet, not just lobby the government.

I am small and inconsequential. I can't afford to send thousands of dollars to some huge organization to fight legal/political battles. But, I can afford to support Wren's small but persistent and effective efforts to reduce climate-change impacts and move us toward a carbon neutral world. Thank you, Wren.

Easy and data-driven way to compensate for CO2 emission. I like that they provide constant updates on projects and the criteria used to choose different offset methods.

Genuine, scientifically sound carbon offsetting at an affordable price. I've been a member for two years now, it's satisfying to see all of the project updates and impacts, and be a part of this community. And to top it all, the company is completely transparent per their financials. All round impressive and highly recommended to anyone who wants to contribute to the fight against global warming.

I can't speak to the effectiveness of Wren because I'm not doing crazy in-depth analysis and asking for absurdly detailed information about how the money is used.

But in conversations with everyone involved, they all seem to have immense experience and knowledge about the sector and they've given me no reason but to trust them that I am supporting some of the best initiatives to deal with the climate crisis that are possible.

I feel better about Wren than I do many other PBCs and even some charities. I think if I did ask for anything they would share. They really are radically transparent.

I'm very happy to be a Wren subscriber. I feel like my money is in good hands. The team is dedicated and low-key. I like to be low-key too. It's just nice to see folks focused on doing good work. Most of all, it's a very good vibe to be carbon neutral/negative.

There are many, many companies selling lies and promising carbon offsets that amount to nothing. Wren diligently provides detailed updates and continues to refine and improve where money goes to have the most effective impact on solving climate issues

I love what Wren do, they are doing amazing job, I would like to contribute actively too. But I can’t, so at least I support them this way and still feel beeing somehow active. 😊

I've been with Wren for three years now and have been thoroughly impressed with their transparency and integrity. Although there are many carbon offset schemes that are just greenwashing, Wren is one of the good ones. They take great pains to thoroughly research the most effective and permanent solutions. Aside from that, Wren makes you more aware of ways you can reduce your carbon footprint (and thus save money, if you like, by lowering the cost of your subscription). Alternatively, if you want to donate more, they have a Trailblazer option that funds cutting-edge technology that hasn't scaled enough yet. If you want to go even further, you can work your way towards offsetting historical emissions or sponsor new users to sign up.

If we care about climate change and have enough income to have a middle-class lifestyle in a wealthy country, in my humble opinion we have a sacred obligation to seriously consider joining something like Wren. To be blunt, the alternative is to die with regret knowing that we failed future generations (or our kids, if we have kids). I don't want that, and I'm sure you don't either.

As a full-time college student living on loans and part-time jobs, donating to Wren isn't easy. But I know the climate can't wait, so I'm thrilled to be able to put aside a portion of my money towards this cause. We're collectively going to have to pay off our climate debt one way or another, so it only makes sense to start now.

Since I've joined Wren, they have encouraged me to try out a plant-based diet, replace flying with staycations, call my political representatives, and have meaningful conversations about climate change with my parents and friends. Being part of a community like Wren that care about the climate is a wonderful thing. It's also the right thing to do. And if fully "offsetting" your emissions is out of reach, it's easy to select an amount that works for you even if it's just $5 per month.
