I had a fantastic experience with Javier and Carlos from Wren Garden Services. From the outset, their quote was very competitive, and their communication throughout the project was clear, prompt, and professional.

They completed the work exactly as I envisioned, delivering an exceptional standard of craftsmanship. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and the transformation of our garden has exceeded our expectations. Thanks to their expertise, we now have a stunning back garden with artificial grass and beautiful decking.

What truly stood out was their attitude — they were incredibly friendly, polite, and approachable at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was perfect.

The project was completed on time, with great attention to detail from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wren Garden Services to anyone looking for high-quality work combined with professionalism and a genuinely pleasant experience.

Javier & Carlos did a fantastic job with our patio. They were efficient, friendly and the quality of their work is excellent. We are so pleased with our patio and can’t wait to enjoy it for the rest of summer!

Can't recommend Wren gardens enough, they transformed our garden from an overgrown wilderness into a beautiful and usable space, installing a patio and decking area. Great communication from start to finish and really hard workers, we really appreciate all of the effort that they went to. 10/10

I could not be happier with the service provided by Javier and his team. I have used Javier for the last few years and he is amazing. We have a very large garden and he looks after all the lawns , beds and hedges but not only that will happily do maintenance jobs as they are needed. I am extremely busy with work and Javier takes away all the stress of getting the garden looking at its best. His communication is superb always letting me know what’s going on and sending g pictures and videos. I have never have to chase and he is just a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend him more highly. Thanks Javier!!

I came across Wren Garden services through a recommendation of a friend and have now used Javiers services on a number of occasions (patio, lawn and out house foundations) each time he has been able to guide me through the different options and completed on time and on budget. I've been really pleased with the outcome it seems that he and his team put real care and attention into their work which tells when you see the finished product. I can't recommend their services highly enough. Thank you!

Appalling service, contracted for once a week, turned up 4 times in a year.

They said they were over tasked and understaffed, having lost one of their 3 workers, which we understood, but our landlord was charging us for weekly gardening as part of the rental agreement.

now at the end of the year, they came up with a number of excuses as to why they didnt turn up, even accusing me of smashing their van window...., considering whenever they did turn up we usually brought them drinks and snacks...

very insulting and not how you respond to customers. They then tried insinuating we had been "served our notice" to imply we were bad tenants, when the truth is we have (as was always planned) bought our own house and will be moving to that. The landlord agreed to release us from the contract 2 months early, but also asked us to stay for the duration. Hardly "served our notice" is it?!

The gardening was good when they turned up, but their reliability and customer service is shocking. Untrustworthy and deceitful.

I can provide the business with screen shots of their whatsapp chat, which they have so conveniently forgotten, where they repeatedly apologised for not turning up and saying they were overworked and undermanned.

UPDATE. Complete lie of a reply. Also giving personnel info about move dates and reasons - landlord has asked us to stay until Aug, we refused. Honestly save yourself the hassle of dealing with these liars. Plenty of other more ethical and helpful gardeners out there

Before going ahead I would consider this organisation carefully. They were contracted weekly and for the first few months all was good. They were reliable, worked hard. I always liked to see them and took out coffee and snacks. Then over Winter there was no contact from Sept until the following April. They then arrived in 2023, without warning, so we thought, good! They said they had lost all their staff. However over that year (2023) they only managed 4 visits all year - 10 Apr, 9 Jun, 27 Jul and 16 Sep. This should have been weekly. We are both so busy and work from home so it was confusing but we didn't complain, at any point, where we clearly should have. When we approached them this year, they said they hadn't been back because we smashed their van window! What??? Firstly, what a load of garbage - why would we do that? Secondly, they parked their van a way from our house? Thirdly, I have no idea what van they have or what it looks like? Fourthly, surely they would have taken this very seriously and contacted the police? Fifthly, if this were so they would never have come again so how do they account for huge chunks of time in between the visits? What excuse was there for the other 22 weeks that they didn't show up or message us or anything really (if gardeners only do 6 months a year as they say)? Why also would we contact them again to come work here if we damaged their van? Finally, we have CCTV and it covers a wide area. We have their dates and we didn't even leave the house whilst they were here. Never had any experience like this with gardeners. It has been traumatic and unprofessional. If only for the unreliability, I would be very careful. This sounds much like a scam and smells very suspicious. We have asked them for copies of the invoices because their fees are included in our costs but they refused to give us these.

The people who set up my garden did a great job, and the final price was less than what they had said it would be.

We used Wren Gardens recently for a patio extension and garden re-turf.
Javier and the team were exceptional. Not only was the quality of the work first class, but the guys were very personable and always willing to accommodate any last minute changes!

Would absolutely recommend Wren Gardens for any garden projects.
