Hoping to see what the product looks like soon. Approved order on the 1st, had an estimated delivery date of the 17th, and it’s the 21st and still no product.

The ink on the bracelets are coming off on the ones we have given out already. Not sure if it's because we didn't get the embossed like we normally do, but the ink on those have been on and it has been a year so the new ones have been worn for less then a month and the words are gone.

The order process did not go smoothly. Before paying they try and add in an additional fee for "insurance." They also promise your order to be delivered on a certain date and then after you order they change the date. This was not clear on their website as the customer service person explained. When I got my wrist bands two of the colors did not match the proof. By the way, you have to pay extra to get a proof. They will only partially refund for those bands, and not re-make them. I do not recommend Wrist-Band.com

Paid extra for the expedited shipping. Missed the deadline for our event.

The ordering process was simple. I appreciate that you can view what your item will look like before ordering. I ordered the delay protection but even though there was a flight delay, it ended up arriving on time! I was very pleased with the product! The quality is great, and we were able to use a coupon to get even more wristbands for the price of less. I would order here again for my youth!

I am always pleased with these products. I get to approve the design prior to printing, and they ship in a timely manner. I had an issue with the shipping of my latest order (address was incorrect and FedEx could not deliver), I contacted the company, and they quickly fixed the error so that I received the product in time.

Wristbands arrived on time, were packed properly, were of great quality and color, and the customer service team was very responsive and professional.

I paid extra for shipping so that I would get it by a certain date, but it did not arrive in time for our season.

All as expected. No issues and smooth and fast delivery.

I use these wristbands at my Pickleball club, where we assign different colors for different times of the day. I’ve ordered them before and they always came neatly packaged in a box with each color separated, which made it very convenient.

This time, however, the bands arrived in plastic bags instead. The packaging ripped open quickly, and it makes harder to use during busy hours at the club. And some of those bands are so hard to separate, I hope future orders return to the boxed packaging for easier handling and storage.

Ordering was easy, and the chat feature very helpful in answering my immediate questions. The pricing seemed fair, and our product arrived in plenty time for our use.

Ordering process was smooth, however, the final product did not match what we have asked for. our name was supposed to be displayed on the white part of the design.

Overall quality of the product for the price you pay. Lettering is already fading in less than a month of use. For almost 20$ a band I would think it would last a little longer.

Although they state it was shipped, the courier has not yet received it. Also, we expected it a lot sooner. It was ordered 20 days ago. The event we were using it for has passed. Luckily it is something we can use in the future.
