Would have given 5 stars but for a mix up when uploading the art work thinking it had gone for print but i did not press the submit button that i missed.I would have thought a reminder after a day or two could have been sent instead i waited a week before chasing delivery.It was quickly printed for me then and quality was good.Will use again.

Very disappointing
There was no option to see how my uploaded image would look on the badges - I understood I would be sent a proof, which didn't happen.
The badges arrived with letters chopped off and WTTB refused to fix the issue. Sadly a total waste of money and time for me.

Our prints were delivered damaged.
Our prints were delivered damaged and we now can't use them for our client who has an Ousted inspection tomorrow. We need these prints ASAP and aren't impressed as we paid a lot of money for a lot of prints.

Really disappointed with the customer…
Really disappointed with the customer service I received today. I wanted to order three banners but they all needed to be sent to different addresses as we have four different branches, I was told I would have to order all four separately and that I wouldn't be able to get any discount for multiple orders as they were going to different addresses.
I then got a pop to say sign up to updates to receive 15% off your order, so I did which took me about 5 minutes and the discount wouldn't work, I asked and then got told that because I had registered over 30 days ago I couldn't receive the discount, but why did it pop up to me then in the first place.
Very frustrating experience.

I m so impressed with the support from WWTB. They kindly refunded us 100% for our banners payment, even though the error was ours.
