I had issues with the printing
I had issues with the printing. 30% of the journals ordered were printed with the back cover upside down or damaged in the printing/packing process. I didn't go through all of the journals individually to check them and so only noticed when I went to use them a long time afterwards. It turns out that the small print states any defects have to be notified within 3 days of delivery so a learning point to check every individual item and not just the first few.

Disappointing print quality
Out of 100 postcard prints, 30 had significant white marks on them and were unusable (fortunately only needed 60, but ordered 100)
The rounded edges were un uniform, with points in places
A5 card, green background, gold foil
Gold foil was perfect, the green was streaky and not uniform - overall disappointed, wouldn't recommend.

Almost 5 stars
Would have given 5 stars but for a mix up when uploading the art work thinking it had gone for print but i did not press the submit button that i missed.I would have thought a reminder after a day or two could have been sent instead i waited a week before chasing delivery.It was quickly printed for me then and quality was good.Will use again.

Very disappointing
There was no option to see how my uploaded image would look on the badges - I understood I would be sent a proof, which didn't happen.
The badges arrived with letters chopped off and WTTB refused to fix the issue. Sadly a total waste of money and time for me.

Our prints were delivered damaged.
Our prints were delivered damaged and we now can't use them for our client who has an Ousted inspection tomorrow. We need these prints ASAP and aren't impressed as we paid a lot of money for a lot of prints.
