Failure to take responsibility for error and poor customer service
I ordered signs in the summer from WTTB. I uploaded a PDF of a design that had images on it. The portal showed those images on the design, but when the sign arrived they weren't on them. When I asked for help with this, they abdicated responsibility and said it was an issue with the design that was uploaded, even though when I checked it again on the portal it was as I wanted to be.
Customer service abysmal and failed to take responsibility for their error and give some form of recompense!!!
