The best dental practice
The best dental practice I've ever been a patient of. I was very anxious about getting dental work done and the team at Wallasey Village were kind and caring beyond any expectation I could imagine. They've also been very flexible around my working hours, a small thing that makes a big difference. Thank you :)

Friendly, professional and informative
Went to see the hygienist and I'm very nervous of dentists due to previous bad experiences at other practices. The team were really friendly and professional and very helpful. I'm confident going back for future appointments.

Hygienist appointment
Hygienist appointment. Very nervous patient. She made me feel very at ease. Introduced herself & the dental assistant. Told me everything she was going to do before she did it. We arranged a signal for her to stop if it became too much. Made a difficult experience much easier to endure

I hate going the dentist
I am a nervous patient, had bad experiences since I was a child. Tom my dentist was wonderful listened to my fears and talked me through everything that would happen. Tom showed empathy and has a lovely calming manner. I am so grateful for Tom and the team for making me welcome, I won’t say I like going the dentist that would be a lie but I would recommend this practice if you ever need a great dentist.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while, everyone , from the receptionists to the Dentist and his dental nurse are lovely, very professional and certainly make you feel at ease.

Professional, friendly and very kind
My experience with my NHS dentist wasn’t positive so I decided to look for a private dentist.
I googled dentists on Wirral and Wallasey Village Dental practice had excellent reviews.
I called them and made an appointment, I needed a tooth removed.
I saw Lawrence.
From start to finish, even for a tooth removal, what an excellent positive experience.
The reception staff are wonderfully lovely, Lawrence amazing, I was fully informed throughout.
Words I’d never expect to say about a dentist!
Absolutely worth every penny.

As ever from the moment the staff on reception welcomed me I was happy and relaxed. Very professional.
Then Tom the dentist came to get me and took me into the splendid refurbished clinic.
A through check up, professional and so respectful. Highlighted a possible problem from X Ray. Within seconds I was refared. I feel so confident in his care of me. Thank you

Brilliant Dental Practice
Had 2 dental implants put in by Jon, Emma & Jamie were also present they made me feel at ease, Jon did a wonderful job was very happy he could do this for me as had trouble with lack of teeth for many years, I was very nervous. All the staff are are so caring and friendly special mention to Catherine who couple weeks before I was having bad day due to recently losing my husband she was very kind and helpful. Thankyou to all the staff especially to Jon, Emma, Jamie. Would recommend this dental practice to everyone who has problems and are nervous.

Goodbye Dentophobia
I called requesting an emergency appointment as the discomfort had become too unbearable. I had been putting getting my tooth extracted for several months due to my dentophobia. However, from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel completely at ease. The worry about feeling all the discomfort plus what could go wrong was immediately erased. No pain was felt at all and I couldn't believe I had waited for so long and put up with the discomfort. Would highly recommend. I went as a private emergency appointment and it was money well spent and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Value for money in a relaxed environment. Not many dentists can provide that.
