This is literally the most unhonest…

This is literally the most unhonest company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for vitamins and they took it upon themselves to sign me up for their subscription program. Six months later I get a $250 charge on my credit card. I called them and said I do not want to be part of this program. They assured me that it was canceled but then again six months later I was charged another $250. I have been corresponding back-and-forth with them for weeks and weeks and still have not received my refund. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company. I am still waiting for a refund. Do not order from this company, unless you want to get scammed.

I will not order from you again. I only ordered the product because you offered PayPal and something else that allowed you to pay in four payments.. I could not afford to pay that all at once the total of therefore I was very pleased to see that you offered pay in 4. However when I went to check out it automatically took it right out of my card therefore right out of my account the total amount. I was very upset to see that. However what it's done is done. I haven't even received the product yet I purchased it for my child. I hope the product works helps I wanted to be able to order more if it did help. However I'm now not going to order any of your products I will not be interested in your products anymore. I did not appreciate that at all. Goodbye.

I am really surprised by all these bad…

I am really surprised by all these bad reviews. I’ve been a customer for a few years and I swear by their probiotics. I used to get bladder infections twice a year and not one since I started on 1MD (knock on wood). Also, I have delayed and sped up my shipments without any issues.

I’m not complaining about the product

I’m not complaining about the product, but this website won’t let me remove my credit card. This is highly suspicious! I never save my credit cards to any system, yet this company saved my information without my permission. I will never buy from them again because of these sketchy business practices.

In response to 1MD: I’ve never had a company save my credit card information without permission from me. Never. There is always an option to remove credit card information too. You do NOT offer that option to customers, so why on earth do you keep our credit card information? This is a very, very suspicious business practice. It was not a misunderstanding, you purposefully and willfully engage in this practice, when every other legitimate e-commerce company would never do this. You give the product a bad name because of your unethical practices.
Update: there is no way to remove your credit card, unless you update it to a different credit card. I called and spoke to customer service , along with several emails to achieve this. And you are now telling me you only removed it. This proves my point. Your business practices ruin the fact that the product might be good. I can’t take a chance with my body, based on your questionable business practices. I read that most reviews here in Trustpilot.com you are able to dispute and get removed. I’m not going to let mine be removed because people need to be aware before they become a customer.

Good Product, Negligent Business Practices

1MD products may work well for many, but the business practices are very poor. Cancelations, customer service, if any, is lacking, and follow through is nonexistent. i actually use their products, i ordered a 6 month supply on 12/5, cost me $160, then they charged me again on 12/17 for the same product, not canceling an order as requested. Not only that, the package never arrived. I called and they said they will give me a future credit. LOL, I was charged for a product I did not get and yet was offered a future credit. what kind of rationale is this? Very unprofessional, had to cancel all and will work to get the refund

I ordered the eye vitamins from 1MD. The product never delivered and I have emailed the company twice to inquire on the status with no response. I paid $36.61 and over 1 month later I am still waiting on the product. Very frustrating experience.

Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Ordered and received 6 bottles of their cholesterol reducing pills. Took for 5 1/2 months. Had my cholesterol levels checked yesterday at Mayo Clinic. Guess what? After 5 1/2 months of taking these, my cholesterol levels went up! No change in my diet, habits, meds, etc. Obviously these pills were a waste of time and money. ($250) Contacted the company and they said that 90 days had elapsed and I was wasn’t able to get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this company or its products.

1MD.org is a dangerous scam. Likely on purpose easily confused with 1MDnutrition.net. Purports to be MD run source of nutritional supplements. High pressure sales website, pushing overpriced products. I bought one month of their Probiotic Supplement and was upsold 1 of there pre-biotic (my mistake to have been sucked in). Probiotic literally made me sick, seriously messed up my digestive system. Stopped taking after 5 days was so bad. Had to discard the product. Unable to get refund from 1MD. Sorry I gave them my credit card info. Will never buy anything from this company again.

Won‘t let me cancel my subscription

Even though I‘ve canceled my subscription twice now, 1MD keeps charging my credit card and sending me their products. After sending an email to their support, asking to refund the deduced amount, I‘ve gotten yet another automated reply asking whether I‘d like to cancel. This is ridiculous.

EDIT: The date mentioned by 1MD was the third time I reached out to cancel my subscription. The first time was on 5/26/2024. There seems to be a bug with their automated customer service. In the confirmation email it says: “Should you choose to keep your subscription, please reply to this email within 24 hours. Include the changes you wish to make to your subscription within your reply. If we do not hear from you we will complete your cancellation per your initial request.” However, if you DON’T take action, 1MD will keep your subscription in place.
I’ve emailed 1MD asking for a full refund of the last shipment. To that email, I got yet another automated response asking if I’d like to cancel my subscription. Apparently the emails you send to the support email address are never read by a human. The only phone number I found has a country code from India. So good luck trying to reinforce your customer rights. I’d highly discourage ordering from 1MD, which is unfortunate since the products are good.

I received an email today saying my…

I received an email today saying my shipment has been sent out and was charged to my credit card. I did not authorize any auto shipment when I TRIED their product 6 months ago. Hopefully I will get this resolved quickly but from the looks of others reviews, this may take awhile. I’m tired of getting ripped off!

I ordered two products costing me several hundred dollars. They took my money and never shipped my order.
I now have to call my bank and report it and get my refund that way.

Run, DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Run, I ordered from this company and they have now taken me for almost $500.00. They won’t cancel my order I have asked them to cancel for a year. They pay a kid to tell you your money is coming and just ignore your calls. This is a predatory maggot who like herpes will ever go away. Terrible……

The pills I bought were for Cholesterol…

The pills I bought were for Cholesterol and after taking them my cholesterol went up substantially. I am also on a subscription that I don't remember agreeing to in the amount of $274.

They CONTINUALLY bill you without consent

This company CONTINUALLY bills my card even though I am not on recurring billing. Watch your money with this company, it's not the first time this has happened to me and it will now be the last as I'm on to a different provider, don't have time for the hustle they are playing. Watch your money with these guys, they clearly just keep taking it without permission.

I want my refund!!

I emailed 1MD to return a shipment and got a reply saying they would send an email with the information to do the return which never happened, after sending a second email I still haven’t heard back, so I removed my credit card from PayPal.
