Appalling unprofessional behaviour off one driver in Walsall
Just popped out in my car for lunch and didnt see the light change and a 247 taxi driver gave me so much abuse not even going to repeat the names I was called if your female I would certanily not feel safe in his cab !
He should be sacked , so unproffesional gives the company a bad name . Totally in shock and angered at the abuse I received today .
Thankfully I have all his vehicle details as he sped off but I managed to track him and are filing a complaint lets hope something is done by the company .

Easy to use
Easy to use, quicker than calling however the tracker doesn't always work and my rewards part has been taken off the app and I had a bit to use due to using yourselves daily.

SORT YOUR SYSTEM OUT!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP sending alerts to my phone that I keep getting for 2 weeks now STATING TAXI has been cancelled and will be refunded within 5 days to my card. it happened again today SUNDAY 21st May 2023, NO TAXIS were booked, I DON'T pay by card when I do choose to book, plus STOP sending TAXIS to BRUNSWICK without my request, I'm no longer booking taxis from that address. VULNERABLE PEOPLE LIVE at that accomodation, I already rang 24/7 taxis & spoke to KATE, yet it's still happening. SORT OUT YOUR SYSTEM 24/7 especially Sunday is a day of rest for most!

Excellent Company, Excellent App
This company has fantastic drivers who get to know their customers.
They've been absolutely in getting me to work while our local bus company has difficulty supplying even a basic service at night.
The app is excellent. It's a very fast and efficient way to book a taxi, with different payment options, and the ability to see where the taxi is.

Really poor service. The operator did not facilitate our taxis and just hung up the phone.

2 msgs to say it had been booked
I rang just before for them to tell me its on it way
I rang back within 10 mins to say i wont be able to wait any longer
They assured me on my 3rd call it was 3 mins away, of course it wasnt
Half past came and went i called to say ill have to drive my self and leave my car on the road side n had the deceny to still say cancel for one to turn up outside my house
