247 taxi friendly taxi service
Use this service Monday to Friday to take me to work on a regular basis they are very regular and friendly drivers. Sometimes I have had needed help when gone shopping after work and the drivers have helped me with carrying my bags to my door for me and been very helpful and friendly this is really great and kind however I do know that not all drivers will carry it to the door the will drop off by the gate but that is still a help.

The taxi drivers are always polite and…
The taxi drivers are always polite and very helpful when I have lots of shopping. It's very easy to use the app, I only use the app now as its quicker than calling. It tells you how long your taxi will be who the driver is and what care they are driving. They always use the quickest route too. I would highly recommend the 247 app. One very happy customer 😀

Good value for money
I have used 247 cars for many years. Most of their driver's are friendly and helpful.

THEY cancelled on me!
Booked them to go to The Alex theatre in Birmingham. Driver used the SatNav but went the completely wrong way. Instead of taking 25 mins, took 45! When we came out of the theatre at 10.45, I had a text message saying 'sorry you've cancelled'!! I rang them and the operator said THEY HAD CANCELLED and there was no availability! Luckily we hadn't paid for the return. DO NOT USE! What a shocking experience.
After posting this, 247CARS posted that I am NOT a genuine customer and this is NOT a genuine review. I review regularly on Google AND Trustpilot. I am a genuine reviewer!! If you read all of the negative comments, this cab company only reply with their 'not genuine' comment. THEY DO NOT COMMENT ON THE ACTUAL PROBLEM!!!

very frustrated
We ordered a taxi, to a wedding venue 48 hrs before
The taxi was 25 minutes late and the driver who said he was the manager was abrupt and telling my 82 yr old mother in law who had mobility issues to find a company that delt with her issues
He was rushing us to the venue travelling in excess of 80 mph along the motorway
At the finnish insisted on us paying cash for the journey
On the return he was late again making lame excuses for it, telling us if we cannot fasten seat belts not to bother and drove anyway
All in all it cost us £95 for the 2 way journey of 13 miles each way
Not happy at all, so please bear in mind when you do business with them.

Hidden costs
Loaded the app and checked out the cost of a journey. Found out the next day that £1.01 had been taken from my account. Immediately uninstalled.
Re reply below I have uninstalled the app so how would I have a reference number. My post was genuine

Hi I've been using your company now for 8 years to get me in to and back from work I understand your prices have to go up but when it's costing me between 10 11 or even 12 pound to go from willenhall to walsall its getting to much so I think I will have to start looking for cheap options
