Really poor service - they have an app that does not make it remotely clear that you are booking for a fifteen minute window rather than a specific time. Drivers then log that they are with you soon... Ver más

first time using 247 cars
This was the first time using 247 cars to take us to the airport . The service was great , the driver was great. He got us to the airport in good time and his driving was great , he was friendly which made us feel comfortable . We have booked the return so I hope that’s as good . Thank you
Great pick up from Birmingham Airport
Driver no.339 kept us updated on where he was and waited for us whilst we went through security and was able to collect our luggage. Pre booked the taxi via the app whilst on my holiday very impressed with service.

STAY AWAY! OVER CHARGED AND NO METER ON. even though it says it should be on the automated message when you call.
Travelled 1.9 miles and charged £8. Asked why expensive and was told extra £1 as went to city centre!
Rang to complain and ask about the fee. Was then told minimum fee for anywhere was £9!!!!
Where is this stated?
So driver didn't have METER on.
Charged £8 for 1.9 mile.
Charged £1 for city centre drop off.
Was told minimum payment anywhere was £9
Never used them before, and as a new customer I would expect to be treated fairly and not lied to about everything and not have my money stolen by being overcharged.
Operator was very rude and everything they have lied about on their website and automated recording is manufactured to get customer's. Their business protocol and procedures are designed to ensure that you will use them.
Why isn't it shown £9 minimum fair?
Stick to uber 50% cheaper and much more happier to treat customer's decent and not lie and steal.

Booked taxi didn't even have it left me waiting for nearly 30 mins to ring them bk to say might have it 15 mins maybe what a joke , made me late
absolutely appalling customer service
absolutely appalling customer service, wheelchair access taxi was booked a week in advance to take my parents to a family event , 5 minutes before taxi was due, I received a call telling me there were no drivers available and taxi was cancelled ,the person who called wasn't helpful and had zero empathy this created a huge amount of upset and stress to everyone concerned.

Gave up using these for business travel as most cars are filthy. Ordered car today well ahead of time, car is 15 mins late (missed train). Office state due to driver late return from break, driver tells me due to puncture (at least get excuse right…)

I HAVE BEEN USING 247 RUISLIP FORX15 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THE DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL. I AM SLIGHTLY DISABLED AND FIND IT DIFGICULT TO GET IN TO ANY BUT A LOW SET CAR AS I CAN'T FULLY BEND MY KNEES. SOME PREDER TO BE QUIET BUT THOSE THAT TALK ARE INTERESTING. CARS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. DRIVERS POLITE. FARES VERY REASONABLE IN THIS AREA

About 2 months ago I booked a taxi. When we arrived at the airport curacao after a long flight of 10 hours, there was no taxi waiting. I get a call that the taxi wasn’t arranged yet, so we had to wait about half a hour. Then later on we get another call that we had to share a taxi ..that wasn’t what we agreed on. When we than offert to split the cost with the other persons. The woman told us no, we have pay the full amount of 50 dollar. And the other persons also have to pay his full amount, for the same taxidrive.
We were told if we didn’t take the taxi now we have to wait much longer.
Very very disappointed service!! Never again !!!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL VISITS
As a twice disabled person, I was left to beg (four calls) the operator to return when the taxi, which I had understood to be waiting, left with my bag which contained required medication and medical supplies. The operator was flippant and seemed to take enjoyment from this situation. He showed no empathy whatsoever. I finally received my medications/supplies THREE HOURS LATER!

Pre book for it not to turn up, when I call another 30 mins with no apology. Lack of communication and extremely rude staff on phone. Deleted app and won't use for any patients going forward. Disgraceful service

Made my booking 5 hours in advance of…
Made my booking 5 hours in advance of my hospital appointment and was assured they would pick me up at 13:00. Paid in advance - big mistake. Contacted them at 13:20 when my taxi hadn’t arrived and was told they were very busy and could not fulfil my booking as planned. No offer of a refund. Will not be using this company again and advise others to avoid.

Shambles!!
Booked in November for a pickup for my son on Christmas day, got a phone call 30mins before the due pickup time to say they don't cover my area!!
Really poor! Would not consider using again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting service! Booked a taxi 3 days in advance for new years eve was given booking reference and also rang to double check the booking. Was told 2 hours before the pick up time they would not be coming to pick us up as there were no drivers!!!! Leaving us stranded on new years eve . Do not use this company!

Absolutely disgraceful. Booked a taxi for an airport drop at at 5am driver was falling asleep at wheel and had a near miss on motorway as he swerved into another lane. He had to have the windows open to keep awake. Never will use this firm again 😡🤬

Booked a taxi and they cancelled without telling me
Booked a taxi and was told 25 min wait, hadn’t arrived after half an hour, called them back to see where they were and was told taxi had been cancelled due to no drivers… I asked why no one had the courtesy to notify me of this? Couldn’t answer…other than we can book you another one for another half hours time! No thanks… poor customer service
