Missed pickup, sick driver
Booked airport pickup (with flight number) days in advance. We were on time, but taxi was there none! Phoned to be told it would be there "shortly" waited 30mins in the cold until a rather dirty vehicle turned up driven by someone who coughed his way through the whole journey. No apology was given. The trip was freezing as he kept the front windows open (November evening!) presumably because he knew he was ill. Now my partner and I both have streaming colds.

For some reason the app is not working…
For some reason the app is not working correctly. When I put in mu destination it does not allow me to book. It just says unavailable so I have to tel to book my taxi. This has been happening for more than two weeks now. The office say I need to update the app but it doesn't give me the option to do this.

Repeated price changes and unreliable pick up time
Booked online for £15, 3 days in advance. A day before my pick up, whilst I was abroad, I received a txt msg to say it will be £25. Flight arrived on time, but I ended up waiting over 30 mins to be picked up. If you provide a flight no, it should be tracked, no? Then they tried to charge me £28. After a mildly heated discussion with the office I paid £25.

Excellent Service
We booked a taxi with a different company to go to Gatwick Airport and it was the wrong size so our luggage didn't fit. They said another taxi would take 1 hour! In a panic I called 247 Cars as it was 4:30 am and we didn't want to miss our flight. They quickly took all our details checking that the correct car is being sent. In 15 minutes a driver was with us and got us to the airport in good time! Thank you to the operator for his efficiency and the driver for his great timing! Price was decent too!

An absolute disgrace
My very elderly and slightly confused sister in law who lives in Northfield booked a car with this company to visit her terminally ill brother in Sutton Coldfield, as she had previously done, the cost being £23.00 on that occasion. On arrival the driver asked if she wanted to go via the motorway or City, he response was 'which ever you think is best'. The driver opted for the motorway, he then got lost because he exited at the wrong junction, so she was treated to a trip around West Bromwich. On arrival she was told the cost was £50.00 fortunately she questioned the price and he reduced it to £40.00, which she paid and gave him a £2.00 which was her habit. On her arrival she was clearly flustered and upset by the experience. I contacted the firm, who eventually put me through to a 'Senior Operator', I explained the situation and that the difference in mileage was just over 3 miles coming via the motorway.. The first person I spoke to told me they charge more to go on the motorway, the second person 'senior operator' apologised but said that the £40 was the correct price, which I queried and she stated that perhaps there had been a price increase since her last journey (which was in August 2024) I again queried that statement saying if the %50 was correct they had doubled their charged and if the £40 was correct that still increased the charge by £15.00, her response was that my sister in law had been undercharged on the previous occasions. I expressed my displeasure and she stated that she would pass on my concerns to management. I am still awaiting their contact call. I am left wondering if this company condones ripping off the elderly. For your information Uber charge £22.99 for the same trip.

Terrible company! I booked a taxi the night before for a very important hospital appointment at 8.30am the following morning. I called in the morning as taxi was 10 minutes late and lady on the phone said taxi will be 7 minutes. 7 minutes went by so I called again and lady said taxi will be 15 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting and missing my hospital appointment, the company then said we have booked a taxi for the following day for you. Was so annoyed and frustrated by this as we had spoken to 3 different people all confirming the taxi was on its way when no taxi even turned up. Will never use this company ever again.

Ordered a taxi for 11.40 to the wolves…
Ordered a taxi for 11.40 to the wolves ground, then had a call at 11.10 saying they would pick me up at 11.25. At 11.27 I had another call to say they wouldn't be picking me up at all and to use another company.

Given wrong information and fobbed off by support.
Quoted £50 for a family to get to the airport. On the day, an hour before, checked and they wanted to charge £77. Fobbed off by their 'support'. Says Integrity on their website and wanting to do things right for the customer. This was their error and they won't admit it and rectify the issue. Terrible service. Driver was a good guy though, support were diabolical.

The company could improve by
The company could improve by, actually turning up on time majority of the time when the drives accepts the job it could say ‘ 3 minutes away’ but takes them about 15 minutes to even move.
I’ve been late to my appointments a lot of the time with 40 minutes before hand booking a taxi .
Some of them are rude trying to charge more than what the actual taxi is, as I book on the app and it tells you.
