Just Took our kids easter egg shopping…

Just Took our kids easter egg shopping was picked up at walsall asda the taxi driver was very chatty and friendly, friendly with our 2 kids who are both autistic with anxiety, giving us Easter craft ideas for the kids its nice to see someone being friendly with the kids who have both had bad experiences with people.

Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance didn't turn up on time. Rang to find out where it was.l, to be told it was 15mins late, nobody let us know it was going to be late. We had a table booked. When I spoke to them they put the phone down on me and cancelled my taxi. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Did not turn up at airport at 1.30 in the morning

I will never use this taxi company ever again! I booked my taxi to pick me up from Gatwick Airport two and a half weeks prior my return from holiday and I got a no show at 1.30 in the morning. I was stranded at Gatwick Airport a woman on her own. Terrible company to deal with do not use.

What a wonderful taxi service you have

What a wonderful taxi service you have,the drivers are great and very helpful. But the prices are a little steep being a pensioner and the only way I can travel is a little expensive but I manage just. Keep up the good work.

The taxis have arrived on time this…

The taxis have arrived on time this week and have been clean and drivers polite. However there are many occasions when I book my taxi for 6.55am, it does not come and I ring to be told they are busy and should have rung to remind them. The taxi is then sent out late. This is difficult when the taxi is for work. I book well in advance and in good time.

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could, their payment system sucks, they send you a link to pay on the day you book, payment was declined even though my bank said they received it. Now a dispute has gone in, avoid this scam

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m disabled and have to use a walking frame. I prebooked a taxi through the app well over an hour in advance I had put a note for them about my frame. As time passes I call to see what’s going on the man was very rude kept telling me I had to wait 15 minutes so I kept explaining that I’d prebooked and he said I have a frame so we don’t have cars for that. Absolutely appalling I missed my train and was stranded, I have social workers backing me on this and we are taking it further

Why offer a pre booking service if you can't send out a driver on time? Then it takes 5 days for your refund to hit your bank! Avoid

The driver was VERY RUDE and Disrespectful

I booked with this taxi a week in advance, and I made 4/5 calls in between to double check they exactly know my requirements and made sure they confirmed and I even got the names of each person that confirmed the details with me so there would be no issues on the day, as I do travel alot and don’t like any fuss last minute.

Upon arrival firstly the driver was very rude and started complaining about the bags, that HIS company didn’t inform him about, name of driver: Mohammed Shakeel
License number:19184
I couldn’t understand why the driver was so rude with me and my partner, when the bags fitted in his boot without any problem, because I made sure to ask for the correct size vehicle.

So the driver calmed down after hearing what I had to say, that if he had any issues he should contact his company and not faff around with me, coz that’s not my problem.

The worse thing was during driving on the motorway, he casually was speaking on his mobile a couple of times, which was very dangerous, and then when driving on normal roads too he did the exact same.

I would not use there taxi company ever again, or recommend it to anyone.
However the base did apologise on his behalf after I called and complained.

Dirty seat, bits on the seat. Foreign music that is disrespectful, no driver interaction. Wouldn't use again!!!!!!

DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!! So story goes like this: book an 8 seater minibus for 8 people a week in advance for NYE, quoted a price over the phone, went into app same price given and booked, screen shot taken of booking showing price and 8 seater date and time - just in case it didn’t show up! Call made to office on day of booking just to confirm again details AND price confirmed! Text comes through at time of pick up, going to be late first issue, finally arrives 45 minutes after booked time. We all get into minibus and off we go, 5 minutes into driving I get a phone call from the office telling me we are expected to pay double what was quoted!!!!! I politely explain that we were quoted a price and I have evidence of this, to be told sorry it’s a problem with our app it’s giving wrong prices, well I spoke to someone in the office twice who also confirmed price, oh well they’re new!!!! Well sorry but I was quoted a price I’m not being told I have to pay double what I was quoted when we are already moving, the gentleman ( I use this term loosely!) who I was speaking to became verbally aggressive telling me to LISTEN I was wrong I was to pay double and hung up the phone! The driver then proceeded to pull over on a busy dual carriage way with no lay by with three young children in the car and refused to move!!!! By this time all children were upset and crying the driver was shouting and refusing to move to the point we had to call the police due to the dangerous position of the minibus and children being present and being put in danger on a busy road!!! I would advise you to steer well clear of this company! Disgraceful behaviour!!!

Hit and miss app

On the whole the app is easy to use and understand. The wait times need to be amended especially on weekend. The company also need to start being honest and tell their customers when they have no drivers available especially on a weekend. It is so annoying to have to wait between 30 mins and an hour for a taxi and when I ask the driver that picks me up if they are busy they say no or not really. I am just glad that I am not going to a paid job as I would have lost my job by now.

My experience of this taxi firm has been very positive. The drivers are polite and accommodating and the cars are clean.
I would like to name a particular driver who is always friendly, helpful, considerate and remembers me whenever she collects me. Selve (not sure of the spelling!) is brilliant!
