Let down taxi firm
Booked a taxi with this company and while I was saying goodbye to a friend who was getting into there taxi the driver assumed I was as well and drove on by without stopping.Niw I've been black listed from using them.Totally unacceptable never use them .

I booked a taxi for 8.15am didn’t show…
I booked a taxi for 8.15am didn’t show rang them at 8.30 was told it was on way then still never showed rang them again to be told it wouldn’t be with us till after 9am as they were full and when I said you still took money then to be told they didn’t take payment the app did & the person I spoke to needs to change there attitude
If you want to keep customers tell them the truth !!

Ordered taxi 10pm said it would come in 15mins still waiting at 11pm phoned them and canceled
Taxi didn't turn up so cancelled it after waiting for an hour

One taxi driver told me if he got fined i would be paying the fine when cars cam come down my road when I ordered the taxi

Booked and paid in advance
Booked and paid in advance for a taxi to Birmingham Airport, waiting over 20 mins, when I called office the taxi was running late and they also sent me link to cancel the taxi, but after paying in advance and probably unable to find another taxi early morning, I decided to wait, eventually turned up. Would not use again, I should have read all the poor reviews.

The driver was VERY RUDE and…
The driver was VERY RUDE and disrespectful. I am a regular customer and this the WORST DRIVER EVER 523 523. He should be fired. The base DID APOLOGISE on his behalf. Which helped. However I am having second thoughts about about using this company in the future as I DO NOT TOLERATE disrespect.

Terrible service. Rude, late, hostile & overcharged by 20% for card payment. Id advise you to find alternative taxis.

Very poor service !
Very poor service, i been waiting more than 30 minutes-not somewhere in a forest, in a hotel in walsall. After 30 min - we called the office and complained - answer: we got a lot of calls coming in.....i waited another 15 min before i booked elsewhere and left the hotel. Why is it not possible to say, sorry we are booked? Any questions, please contact the travelodge next to mc donald's they recommended you. I been in Walsall for 2 days and - sorry to answer that people give you poor rating without proof is silly.
I ain't got a benefit if i would do that! I installed the black app, that worked!

What rude staff
What rude staff, working for a local Dr Surgery I have used this company for a while, the staff on telephone are beyond rude. I had an elderly patient waiting to go to A&E, honestly I'm speechless with the way he spoke to me and how unhelpful they were. I have enlisted the help of another taxi firm now, but beware not a professional service

I rely on 247
I always use 247 taxi they are very reliable and the app is the best way to book your taxi as it gives you the car registration.. and that's how you know which taxi is yours and nobody can pinch your taxi....every driver I have had always asks how my day has been etc and they are always quick to help with your shopping....I will continue to use 247 quick response and drivers are polite.

Phone staff are abusive
Phone staff members are completely rude. Accused me of lying. Never send taxis and say I wasn't there. Pick up and get the wrong information. I used this company all the time but not anymore. Over £150 a week I use in taxis I'm done being abused by the phone staff! reported to police and council etc. Either get better staff or closed down completely!!!!

What a rubbish service,, ie taxi booked well in advance and didn’t turn up making me very late for work,, if I was you stay well away from this so called taxi company,, they have no customer service care at all,, and are not bothered if your booked taxi turns up or not,, absolutely disgusting service
