Really poor service - they have an app that does not make it remotely clear that you are booking for a fifteen minute window rather than a specific time. Drivers then log that they are with you soon... Ver más

This is by far the worst taxi firm in the area. I booked a taxi with over 24 hours notice and the car never turned up. No notice, not information that there would not be a vehicle available. Last 6 times i have booked a car i have been sent 7 seater vehicle. Cost me £17.00 instead of usual £8.00 fare. When i called and spoke to operator nothing done. I use company regularly and they now rob me.

Wrong pick up point
Recently booked a taxi online to the local airport and everything was great. Today I booked a shorter journey and driver rang me to say that he was at the wrong pick up point and I needed to ring the office. Mixed experience.

Bad timing
For starts you don't even deserve 1 star so 247 your an absolute joke pre booked my taxi on the app at 6pm last night 3/09/23 to be collected at 5.55 04/09/23 nearly 12 hours before so I've now been waiting since 5.45 for a taxi to be assigned for this not to happen rang office 4 times ti be told a few xtra mins then final call to be told can't get a taxi till after 7am if I had called have a driver but because I did it on the app I can't get one dosent matter how I booked I booked you shouldn't accept booki gs and take money if u can't provide the service wete asking for
Before you say this isn't a genuine complaint like you have on so many others rating it's very much true I've also emailed my complaint to you I'm really not impressed the fact you take the money also is the worse

I used this firm for many years and thanks to the latest experience with this one driver this evening means that I will never use this company ever again.
First of all, the driver was unsafe driving. Speeding, ran a red light, braked harshly at the next red light, ordered a takeaway on his phone and at one point let go of the steering wheel to take a stretch, whilst the car was still in motion. We had an 11 month baby with us too. But that wasn't the worst part. In the rush, my phone was left on the back seat and after calling it multiple times, the driver was rude and arrogant and used foul language whilst keeping my phone to ransom and refused to return my phone unless I paid him. I need my phone for my appointments and all my personal details and banking is on that phone and I am due to have major operations in hospital and I'm also classed as disabled, but the attitude of the driver was a disgrace and I was left with no choice but to pay to have my own property back. After being paid the driver was quick to return it but "he was unhappy, himself ". Selfish, arrogant and a thief.
I will not be using this company again.

How can you say this review is unverified when I gave the booking number?? If all I'm going to get is this nonsense response after 2 months, then it shows how "competent" you really are.

basically i used the 247 app constantly…
basically i used the 247 app constantly and for the past 4 months it hasn’t worked for me it just keeps saying error 200 has occurred yet i’ve tried on other peoples phones and it works i would like this sorted as i am a valued customer and deserve to have my 247 app working.

I have used this taxi firm for over 20 years and have loved them and only once had a bad experience with them however on wednsday the 16th of august i was out with my 2 year old grandaughter shopping in bilston she had no pram with us . I needed a taxi to go home i booked on the app .the driver app said 2 .mins away i wait3d and after 20 mins i called the driver who said he had veen waiting in the wrong place and that he would be straight to me .howecer after another 10 minutes he hadnt arrived so i called the taxi base who said they would send me anithwr driver .the app then daid driver will be there in 5 mins again no driver altogether i had been waiting 48 minutes for a taxi . The baby was running riot in and out of the road and crying because sge was tired and also eating half of my shopping .i then i get a message saying we are sorry you missed your ride
it has been cancelled i then called the base to be told by a very arrogant man that the driver had attended and i had not been there and that the driver had waited 25 minutes .i said this isnt true i havent moved and i am a good customer liked by your druvers and known for my punctuality and im not lying ge hasnt come . To which the base ooerator said im not a liar are you calling me a liar you wasnt there so pay again and ill book you another vehicle but he was so nasty in hus attitude and made it clear he didnt care when i mentioned the 2 year ild screaming for home so i said i expexted better from you i am a loyal customer i have 16 taxis a week at least dont ralk to me in that manner and call me a liar and i wont be using you again to which he simply put the phone down i feel.sad to be honest i know the drivers who are great in their service i have my faverites and they often go out of their way for me and my family . So its sad to leave a service i have used for 22 years but that day was so stressful i had just come out of hospital the 2 year old was running wild and screaming my daughter who was with me qas getring frustrated we coukdnt get the baby and me home and then to lwft almost a hour and th3n called a liar and demanded we pay again when we had already paid and been let down abd to wait for a refund it was just to much its a great shame to have to leave a service over a lying driver and a arrogant base operator

Their prices are not fixed,if you paid a certain amount for a place today ,the same place tomorrow with different amount.i used them everyday I pay £5.20 for a specific place the third day the driver said my money is £7.80 I was so pissed off I called the office to ask why I needed to pay this amount today the person that pick my call was threatening me with police, imagine but it was early in the and I am rushing to work and I don't want to get late I had to pay the fare but I was so sad throughout the day because I felt scammed even though the money is not much but treating people that way is un call for.

They’re reliable in a good day, but their good days are as common as rocking horse crap. They cancel my journeys for no reason, I then have to rebook my trip to be assigned a driver less than 5 minutes away from me….. so it’s not the fact you can’t do the trip, it’s the fact some of your drivers are lazy

Really poor service - they have an app that does not make it remotely clear that you are booking for a fifteen minute window rather than a specific time. Drivers then log that they are with you sooner than they are, causing confusion. 247 have deliberately bought up other Hastings firms to dominate, and now provide a dreadful service with few other options.
One can only hope Uber hit Hastings, and send this terrible company out of business, deservedly.

1 star is too generous. DO NOT USE if you want to get to your destination on time. Missed hospital appointment. Called 45mins beforehand and chased 3 times to get an update.
I see their default response to reviews is to say they are not genuine. Perhaps a better course of action would be to accept the GENUINE FEEDBACK AND IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.
You have much to learn about customer service.
You will not get my custom again.

Not great service
Pre booked a week in advance BOOKING REF NUMBER 8303548 Added as their not genuine reply shocker me !!!! ( the taxi going was on time ) but they did not turn up at the time they said to pick us up on our return journey. I can understand things run late sometimes but they kept saying he on way and he never came after 3 phone calls he said oh you better cancel etc it was in Cannock chase forest dark and late after a concert .. I said no how can I cancel! Someone eventually came but I waited an hour !! They had not even dispatched a taxi basically. The guy on the phones was not very professional either sadly I don’t recommend.
