Originally bought a full bathroom suite from these guys 10 years ago. It still looks great today. I managed to crack the front panel and unfortunately they no longer stock the item. No issue they supplied me with the manufacturer name and model number so I could source elsewhere…. Genuinely fantastic service and greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys!!

Nobody answers the phone the guy was pretty unhelpful brought some items any way as his prices were competitive when it arrived a week later the toilet cistern is faulty and nearly flooded my bathroom and the shower boards were all damaged on the corners which was not surprising as it was delivered on a builders yard wagon with building materials expensive lesson learnt DONT GO THERE

It’s coming up to 3 weeks on an expensive order and I’ve still only received an email with my order number and nothing else, I’ve emailed and called countless amounts of times and can’t get through to anyone.

Very disappointing experience for me as a customer. Basin developed a large crack all the way across the bottom a few days after fitting having appeared to be fine when inspected prior to fitting. looks like a manufacturing flaw in the porcelain but I am no expert. Popped in to discuss this and the lady behind the counter shouts nothing to do with us we can't do anything for you. Oh ok I explain the situation to which she says very sorry you need to put all of this in an email with a photo of your receipt and pictures of the damaged basin and I will have our technical people take a look. There was such a lack of interest from her that i thought straight away I am being fobbed off. So I ask her what is the typical outcome of these emails to which she happily replies well nothing really its not our problem so we dont do anything. So you want me to waste my time essentially doing an email sending photos so that it can be ignored. Thanks for nothing.
Would absolutely not recommend and will never use them again

We are very happy and satisfied in buying from 4Bathroom for our bathroom. We had excellent service and reliable and reasonable prices. They have the best bathroom suites. We got the spare parts very quickly. I have found the best 4Bathroom suites.

Site a little outdated and took a couple of days to hear anything back after paying. Otherwise, price was good and product as described and well packaged.

Just fitted my unit (toilet, sink with cabinet) every thing is great looks really great. Only one complaint, is that there was no fixings to secure the toilet pan to the floor.

I first ordered from 4bathrooms in 2008 when refurbishing my new home and they were fantastic with an excellent prompt delivery and very competitive deals which are hard to beat elsewhere. I have ordered a full shower pack and whirlpool bath again recently and again am very happy with the service and deals I have received. Always my first place to go for any bathroom fittings.

This is the first time I had ordered from 4bathrooms and I am extremely happy with the service, speed of delivery, quality and cost of the product purchased. I will certainly use this company again and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

I brought my bathroom from 4bathrooms after looking on line. The staff were extremely helpful. My bathroom is not is largest and they were helpful and recommended a 1600 bath witch fits perfectly. I was very impressed with the taps and shower that I ordered. They looked very stylish, were competitively price and I was delighted to see that the fittings came with a ten year guarantee, unlike other companies I approached whose items only had 5yr guarantees. My plumber was able to fit these easily and was also impressed with the quality of the bath compared to some of the others he had fitted in the past.

I would recommend 4bathrooms to anyone looking for value for money.

We spent a lot of time searching for a shower door that would fit the alcove in our bathroom. This was our third choice as the others were out of stock and it is a big disappointment. It is advertised as a 760 mm shower door when actually it is a 600 mm with great swathes of polished aluminium on either side. The effect clashes badly with the rest of the minimalist bathroom.....and before anyone asks why did we not return it, the bathroom fitters fitted it while we were away visiting the grandkids. The picture on the website is small and cannot be enlarged so we only have ourselves to blame....Hey Ho. The star system is stupid, the company is OK but I am complaining about the product which I would not give any stars.

The customer service I received was exemplary as I had a number of technical questions relating to precise measurements all of which were promptly dealt with in a most helpful manner. I haven't received the actual shower door yet but so far an excellent experience. Thank you!

Excellent service

I saw a 900mm Minimalist bathroom cabinet on the internet, on the 4bathroom site, very good price and free delivery on one item. I live at the far north of UK and some companies crank up the cost.
I pnoned to check that it was ready assembled-the person on the other end was very pleasant.
I ordered it and it arrived promptly by courier, exceptionally well wrapped and it perfect condition and went up on the wall no bother. An asset to the wet room for my disabled husband. I recommend 4bathrooms, K.

Ordered goods on the 08/04, still not delivered as of the 18/04, everytime I have called this company they state they will call me, but I have to call them back. They have blamed the courier for the non delivery.
I would be very careful before ordering from this outfit, if you do I would recommend using a credit card to ensure you are covered
