Terrible company. placed order on October 17th my order is still not finished or remedied. They lost the order first, no tracking numbers. Took 1 month for tires and wheels to show up. Tires arrived mounted opposite ways, missing valve stem caps, wrong size lug nuts. Lug nuts took another month to arrive. I’ll never buy from this place again and will spread the word to others.

The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and help me make the correct choice of wheels for my 2000 Dodge dakota sport pu . Thank you again for your help.

Great customer service before the sale. After the sale, had a damaged item which they refused to do anything for (not even 5% off future purchase) despite photos sent within a couple days of item receipt. Their response is they couldn’t verify if the item was damaged at the manufacturer, or by them, or by shipping provider or by me.

I ordered a set of Motegi wheels for my Lexus. Called the company directly in order to ensure the wheels I wanted had the correct offset. I was VERY clear, that I DID NOT want to need spacers for my car. The rep swore these would be correct.
They weren’t, and they rubbed on my calipers, scraping up not only my new wheels, but my front calipers as well. The suggestion... grind down the calipers or use a spacer. WTH

Customer service guy "SAM " did a great helping me on my order. I called in on my order, due to no tracking number or charge on my card.Sam explain to me it was on back order then he took the time to help me look for the correct wheels for my vehicle . He also explaining to me my wheel dimension requirement for my F150 Limited . He also spoke clear and was very respectful on the phone. It was like talking to a friend.

Ordering was easy and delivery was as stated. I have no reservations about buying from 4wheels in the future

Great customer service. They help you through entire process. I bought Touren Wheels 2" larger than original and bought tires by me, so had to get every thing to work together. 4wheelon line, delivers to installer and will work with you and installer until your new wheels are on and you are happy. Everything went well. Very responsive and accurate

I was very dissatisfied. I ordered the rear shocks but received the front shocks. Some guy named Sam was supposed to call back but never did. When I did get ahold of him, he was rude. I returned the shocks and still I am waiting to be credited back for the purchase of the shocks. Will never do business with them.

Product delivered as expected. Had an install issue, called customer service and they were able to assist the installer with the issue. All is good. Would purchase again from 4wheelonline.com
