I recently used 4x4HQ for the first time and was impressed with the fast delivery and quality of the mats I ordered for my Evoque. The customer service was great, responding quickly and even delivering overseas as requested. The product arrived on time, and they even caught and corrected a mistake I made in the order process, which was appreciated. However, I did encounter an issue with a heated steering wheel purchase that wasn't wired in, which was disappointing. Overall, though, their service was mostly positive, and I would consider using them again.

Dreadful company- demanded payment in advance - then fitted something they knew would never work then unwilling to sort the problem out - now reported to trading standards

As per your last review, please see reply below:

Slightly bemused by this review - after you admitted to not reading the description properly (which clearly states, in bold writing, that if your vehicle didn't come from the factory with the heated steering wheel function, you will require further wiring and retrofit, which is available separately), we've spent the last week trying to source you an alternative solution, whilst discounting further parts as a goodwill gesture!

Alas, I'll take this review as evidence that this matter is now concluded.
