I contacted 4x4AT as I wanted some bull bars and side bars for my Suzuki Vitara S. The sales person, Robert Tanser went out of his way to make sure that he would find the compatible components for the vehicle. He contacted his suppliers to ensure the product was correct and would not send the products to me until he was totally sure they would fit. I thought this was fantastic service and in the end, he sent them, I fitted them and they look fantastic. Have a look on their website to see, it's changed the look of my car completely. Really pleased with purchase of canopy for my pickup. Ordered over the phone - very helpful staff - and canopy arrived same week. Canopy packed extremely well and courier was great.

Great communication throughout with Robert, fitting process faultless, all done in less than expected time, would definitely use 4x4AT again.

My experience with 4x4 was marred by a lack of accurate information on the website, related to a load liner I was interested in. It’s a long story but the bottom line is it ended up getting returned. I spoke with Paul, who listened to my side of the story, probably confirmed the series of events with the staff I had spoken to, which is only fair, and offered me a full refund. Paul was at all times professional and courteous, acknowledging that things could have been better. The refund I got was not exactly “full” but did cover the cost of the liner, I just lost out on the £26 carrier charge, which wasn’t great but perhaps understandable. I would deal with 4x4 again if I needed anything, but I would recommend thorough investigation into the product with someone there, make a note of who you’ve spoken to and keep a record, as things can and do go wrong, it’s how they’re dealt with that makes the difference.

Ordered some bits for my Ford Ranger, have used these guys before so I knew both the service and quality was good. Unfortunately one of my items wasn’t due in until September, but not to worry. Paul Miles, made sure my other item was dispatched quickly, and then sorted me out a refund for my second item very quickly. Email responses were fast and friendly and was a pleasure do talk to, nothing was too much hassle. Great employee, great company. Thanks again.

My experience was great because l received my canopy rear door in excellent condition and it fits so perfectly. It feels like my bakkie is new again and am so in love with it all over again. 4x4at is doing great in terms of responding to customers in the shortest period of time and making due diligence in correctly identifying the right replacement part. Thanks to Robert who always responded to my emails and to Laura who expedited the process. Keep up the good work team 4x4at!!!

had some work done at 4x4AT , after about a week after there was a problem with the towing lights I informed 4x4At and got my truck booked in , they resolved the problem it was a problem with my car earth not there work however its how they dealt with me that I was impressed with Laura the operations manager was fantastic . Keeping me informed and when the work was done because of the inconvenience giving me a discount on my next purchase , its because of this I have opted to have a set of roof rail's fitted by them , 100% would recommend . and a special thank you to the 2 engineers and Laura, who dealt with me !!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST CHEATING COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOU MONEY AND SEND OUT FAULTY GOODS. THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND. THE STAFF AND MANAGERS ARE RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. ONLY SHOP IF YOU CRAVE DISAPPOINTMENT.

As i told you on the phone. I had to have some emergency surgery and this item remained in the undamaged box until i was physically able to fit them. I opened the box to find you had sent faulty goods. You were not interested, heartless in fact. The cost of the item is irrelevant. It’s your managers response and terrible attitude that is the issue here. You obviously do not value any customer or repeat custom. I can now see that after reading other shocking negative reviews! Well done, congratulations 👏

Spent over £2K for a new tonneau cover and electrics. Got my £50K truck back with cover fitted wonky, broken catches, interior lights unfitted, wrecked boot liner and, worst of all, scratches in several places and random blue touch up paint all over the place where they had tried to cover up more scratches.

I'm truly shocked at the condition of my car and will now have to have several areas re sprayed and the cover re fitted. 4x4at's best response was that I should take it to them in Yorkshire (form London), so that they could fix it.....so disappointed. Only option is to repair at my own expense and sue them.

Brought the TOYOTA HILUX 2016 ON DOUBLE CAB EZY ROLL UP TONNEAU COVER.

I called to check if it was going to fit my Hilux, just to check, the people on the phone were very helpful and polite. Shipping was fairly fast, easy to fit works and looks great. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Ordered OEM wheel arches and bonnet gas strut kit for my 2018 hilux, was told they were on back order. Had to chase for a date. Was told beginning of April (1 month wait) which was acceptable, next day I was told beginning of May, got to 7th and nothing, chased again was told 16th of May, now 29th and still no sign, wish I’d gone with truckman now! Total waste of space, unless you chase them they don’t bother keeping you updated!!

Purchased a hilux rear bumper, unfortunately the first one came damaged from manufacturer, Paul sorted me out with a new replacement and uplift of the damaged one at no extra cost, I live in the highlands so was very happy to see that they didn't charge extra for shipping up here. Definitely will be using again.

This company was recommended to us on Facebook, and I have t say we are over the moon with the new rear led lights for our ranger and the service provided.

The lights were amazing last night, so much brighter and the hardtop has made the truck more functional for what I need to do moving equipment around when conducting training courses.

Plus it looks excellent 😊
