II have had Life Insurance for my family and I for almost 3/4 of my career. Upon retiremnt on May 31st I swith over to Term Insurance for me and my family and very satisfied with their services.

A very solid organization that caters to the military community where honesty, integrity and financial management expertise are the hallmark of the company. I highly recommend the Armed Forces Mutual to any eligible members and their families.

Everything about Armed Forces Mutual is top notch: superior long-term life insurance; excellent assistance for survivors of a deceased member (or spouse); great customer service, near-immediate answers to questions.

The professionalism of the entire Staff is outstanding! They are totally trustworthy and honest, two elements which I believe in tremendously. The Staff has many experts and doesn’t hesitate to refer you to one who may be able to help you more than another, based on secondary areas of expertise. I have been a USAA member for over 50 years. I stay with USAA because they treat me as a valued customer and put my needs first. There are probably cheaper alternatives that do less for less, but I'm not interested in cheap insurance that costs me more in the long run. I highly recommend USAA for all your insurance and investment needs.

Excellent customer service when adding life insurance for seniors.

I asked for an insurance quote because my current term will run out in 5 years. The quote did not meet my needs. Everyone I worked with was GREAT; extremely friendly and exceptionally professional. You should promote them now.

Carl Vickers was awesome answered all my questions and gave our family great information and took the best care of us! I spoke to Carl a year ago and reached out again yesterday when ready to get coverage he remembered us took care of everything and we had coverage in less than one day with a great rate couldn’t be happier!

I sent an email yesterday afternoon requesting AAFMAA update my account with the new information I provided them.
