Hello, I just came across this site, we usually see a mixture of reviews of companies when we deal with them online. Personally I’m happy to say I ordered about a dozen diferente items from this company, have never had any problems.
However sometimes it did take a bit longer for delivery but they do give you heads up ahead of time being that items are made to order.
Once I had an item (leggings) that was too small had to return it, I couldn’t of been more surprised then being told that they would go ahead and ship me the size I needed, and for me to ship the wrong size back at my convenience.

I ordered Ronald Reagan riding a dinosaur shirt. It is the lowest quality shirt imaginable and it fits terribly! I wrote the company directly and they refuse to accept it back for return. Buyer beware!

I never write reviews and I wish I didn't feel compelled to write a negative one about a US based small business.

I ordered a T shirt on 6/23 and it still hasn't been shipped (it's 7/18). Don't buy from these people unless you're willing to wait a really long time.

Also, there are no refunds. Even if you email to cancel the same day, they will tell you it's "already in production".

I have done several orders with AAF Nation and have always been happy with each one. I did have an issue once with T-shirt sizing, but they worked with me so I was able to get a corrected order. I really enjoy the types of apparel they sell; patriotic, clever and often freaking hilarious. I sometimes look at their website just for a chuckle at the irreverent, but always relevant, new designs. I proudly wear AAF designed shirts and will gladly order from them in the future.

Cheaply made clothing, garbage material, zero customer service and they refuse to accept returns. Will never give them another dime.

Ordered a 2x me s shirt, it’s a medium at best, sent pics & asked for refund /replacement . They only send a replacement of the same size? I said that makes absolutely no sense , they won’t send new size, they don’t refund for any reason . So now I will have 2 shirts he cannot wear, ridiculous. I wanted to purchase USA, veteran company .

Order at your own risk, products do not come in a timely manner and best described as "garbage" at best. Love to support small businesses and Veteran companies, but this is not one I would NOT recommend supporting.

I could not rate with zero stars selected or I would have.

If you order a large and their large happens to be marathon runner large instead of outlaw biker large you just wasted the money you overpaid for a shirt.

A cut & paste from the email I received 01-02-2023:

“At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because we do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.”

In summary, order from a company that places a higher value on customer satisfaction than - sorry about your luck.

ALL of my future purchases will be from Warrior12, who stands behind their products with “ If, for any reason during the first 60 days you are not happy with an item you received from Warrior 12, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges.”

AAF can GFT

Had ordered an XL t-shirt from them. Shipping time was fine, but they messed up the print pretty bad. They wanted me to send in pictures of the t-shirt and then responded stating it looked fine. I got into their YOTPO account off of a glitch... They have all of their reviews filtered below a 4-star rating to be hidden from overall site reviews. I browsed through their YOTPO account and they have THOUSANDS of one and two star reviews. Scammers. I have screenshots to back this up.

Don't believe any reviews above one star! These guys are shysters and send you a confirmation email that your product is on the way, then when you email them, which is, by the way, the only way that you can reach them they say they donate your purchase to military charities! Talk about scammers! And doing it under the guise of being patriotic! This should be prosecutable for some type of treason!

AAF messed up the printing of my first order of shirts 3 times. They will tell you, you can have store credit rather than a refund.

On my second order they hadn't shipped after 2 weeks, so I followed up and was told shirts were being printed and would ship soon (keep in mind the website listed them as being in stock). Then after 2 more weeks with no shipping notice I followed up again and was told the shirt supplier left them hanging and instead of kids shirts I could have an adult XS or store credit. I told them just to give me a refund. After 5 days they came back with a refund notice. What a garbage company pretending to be Patriots.

Sent me a damaged shirt refused to work with me without an invoice number they never provided to me no good company

Ordered 9 shirts for the 4th of July, 2022 on June 22, 2022. All items said they were in stock and, after purchase, I would be receiving a shipping label. A week later nothing. I email the company on 6/27 I sent an email and they responded that the shirts were being printed and will ship out soon. I then send another email the next day and they reply that the t-shirts are complete and are in the delivery staging area. The next day, 6/29 i send them another email requesting to cancel my order and they reply that the shirts are still being printed! They also denied my request to cancel the order. Very shady business. If I operated my business like that, I wouldn't have food on my table.

They can’t deliver products you order and won’t return the funds. Instead they will offer you a store credit for other items they still can’t produce.

Great product and customer service! I bought a shirt for my husband, first time wearing it we had people come up to us over and over loving what we stand for. Have recommended this site to many. I will order off this site again! Loyal customer here!

These guys are awesome! I ordered a shirt and the print on it was messed up. They immediately responded to my email and sent me a new shirt the same day. Not only do they have the best America first gear on the market, their customer service is better that’s most brick and mortar retailer’s!

The shirt is very well made and my husband loves it. There was a delay at my post office and I messaged AAF and they got back to me quickly and my item was delivered the next day. I will definitely order from them again.

Horrible i forgot i even ordered from this crap company i just got my shirt almost a year later they should just close biggest joke in history bigger laughing stock than joe biden everyone that works for them should be ashamed of themselves

Made in America 🇺🇸. Great customer service, prompt email communication and easy to work with. My order was delivered before it was promised and all in tact. Great company to purchase from. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!
