I ordered in June 29 2020 had not recived the stuff
I’ve emailed them Facebook and tweeted them and I’ve been told it’s my fault the parcel has gotten lost as it’s left there hands
And I’ve just been given Excuse after excuse about it

I ordered a shirt over 3 months ago and have not received it yet. I keep getting excuses and no real information. I am going to file a fraud claim as well.

I purchased a product on November 7th, its now November 21st and it hasn't shipped. They said 3 days ago it was stacked at the door and heading out. 2 days later, it hadn't shipped and they blamed Covid. I asked for my money back and they haven't refunded it. They are a scam site, avoid!!

I had the same exact experience as many below. Ordered a shirt 5 months ago and have yet to receive it. When asked for a credit back they denied it even though they had received my payment and advertised processing/printing should take about 5-7 days prior to shipping. At one point during our communication they stated they had a glitch in their email system and that's why my product didn't go out. Then it was Covid that caused the delays. Customer service is not a priority of theirs. DO NOT USE!!!!

Order a political press secretary t-shirt and got it within 3wks. Great fabric quality, coloring, graphics and good customer service. Will order again.

I placed an order on July 20, and I still have not received the order. Over 3 months and all they’ve offered to do is let me place my order again with a $5 discount. They want me to pay for it AGAIN. I’m very displeased and will not be doing business with them again.

Never received mask that I ordered!!

When I reached out to them they told me to check with post office!! I have never had issues with getting anything from my post office!!

Then they said that they would resend the mask but wanted me to pay more money for it!!!! I have already paid for one that I never got!!!

I told them I want refund, they asked me to wait 48-72 hours for processing and here I am 7 days later and NOTHING!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!

Sad that they claim to be a Veteran Owned Company as well and they SCAM and RIP of people!!!!!

I have ordered 7 tank tops and one
t-shirt, no problem, all prior to Covid19.
Love the material, love the design, love the fit and how it’s made.
Love the patriotism!
Have 3 more orders in as I write this, I think people should be understanding when ordering from companies like this, they don’t have over stock on shelves like big box stores.
Keep that in mind when you order anything from young entrepreneurs.
Just saying.

Company advertises “Made In The USA” to get you to buy, then sends a shirt that was Made In Mexico. When you ask for a refund, they block you. They go out of their way to advertise to our Military Service Members, using their Patriotism to scam them, then they send them something from Mexico, and block them. I have been getting blocked by them for 4 months, now.

EDIT - Received order a month after ordering. Not worth it. Poor customer service and very slow shipping. My review stands.

Don't order from them. There are plenty of reviews that should make the decision for you. They span social media hourly but go days between answering emails.

They provide false tracking information. I have not received my order after 3 weeks.

They are terrible mooks.

I ordered on July 27th. Wrote a few emails and still no response. I havent received my product and they sure have my money. I wiuldnt recommend this company to anyone. Go with tactical supply.

I've been an AAF Nation fan for a few months now but being overseas, I'm hesitant to place an order because of shipping costs/hassle. With such an investment ahead of me, I reached out to the AAF support team to ask about the small amount of recent bad reviews on here. They confirmed that there's been delays due to COVID-19 what with social distancing efforts and I believe sourcing issues. Sounds about right given the lead time on other purchases I've made recently. I don't think the delay warrants such horrible reviews, and I also got a response within days.

Ordered a few t-shirts on 5/22/20...it is now August and they still have not even shipped yet. I have emailed them countless times and only ever gotten 2 responses, both of which were generic bs excuses. Now they will not reply at all nor issue a refund. Reported the charge as fraud at this point.

Ordered a LOT of masks and didn’t receive ANY of the masks I ordered! Instead received a random array of weird masks that I don’t want.

8/24: Received the items I had originally ordered after contacting company via Facebook Messenger. This was obviously the only way to get in touch with anyone at the company.

Glad to have the items I ordered, but would think twice before ordering again and definitely not responding to any other Facebook ads.

I had serious concerns about ordering from a Facebook ad and this has shown why I won’t make this mistake again.

Customer Service # doesn’t work (no responses) and email address doesn’t work, just comes back as non-deliverable even though The message was sent exactly as noted on their website - Are they scam artists or what???

Unbelievable and they should be ashamed!

I ordered the mask in June and it is still not here and it is now the middle of August. I am getting the run around about a refund. Do not order from this company.

Product quality poor and horrible customer service.

Should have known better than to order from a company that does not have a proper customer service department. They tell you to email them with issues. Then they ignore the emails.

I honestly think this is a China company masquerading as a made-in-the-USA company. Their customer service is atrocious. There's no customer service number to call to place orders or check on them. I've ordered twice from them (should have learned my lesson the first time). The first order, I kid you not, I waited about three months to get. This second order only took a month and a half, but only have of the order showed up. Maybe I'll get the other part in a few days or months, but it's not smart to not combine shipping on both soft good items that were ordered at the same time. Looks like some great products, but the service is beyond horrendous!!!
