when ever i have a question about my accounts christian holbrook always comes back with the answer,and on the quarterly review we always have a life conversation first which i enjoy,and of coarse they are making me money.every time giving good advice on products available.

When I signed up with Abbey Wealth over 7 years ago, I thought that I had done my due diligence...wrong! It turns out that they are just another offshore Fin Adviser company whose principal aim is to make themselves, their insurance ("wrapper") company partners, and fund manager cronies as much money as possible from the hard-earned pension funds of their unsuspecting clients. In 7 years my significant 6 figure pension investment lost value because of AW's choice of some of the highest fees and most mediocre performing funds available, eg. GAM, Rathbones, and Tilney.

In fact, the only money that I made from being associated with AW was because of pursuing compensation from the UK financial services ombudsman (FSCS) for the advice given by the rogue UK based "independent" FA company that AW advised me to use to sign off on a QROPs. (the name of the company was OMEGA Financial Solutions Ltd, who were struck off in 2017.... do not hesitate to pursue a claim if you received similar advice, it is quite easy).

I understand that financial service companies have the principal objective of making money for themselves and their shareholders, that's business. However the AW business model will see them and others making far more money from your cash than you will.... if you make any at all!

My understanding is that their sharp practices and unethical client exploitation has caught up with them and that the majority of their staff have resigned over the last 12 months. I remain puzzled as to why there are so many positive reviews on Trustpilot. I know personally 4 people who had the same experience as me....and we have all left. I fear that many clients just do not know what is being done to them.

The representatives of Abbey Wealth with whom I have had contact over the years have for the most part been very good - friendly, helpful, informative, quick to respond. My current contact, Sadie Webb, is proving to be very effective and positive, and gives me confidence in Abbey Wealth's management of my investments.

Honest appraisal of the new investment strategy by an intelligent and very experienced professional. This is the first time I have belief in the forward strategy aligned to my age and risk profile. A talented individual who is a leader is his knowledge of the markets and how to manage peoples money carefully and wisley.

This is the first time ever I feel positive after a review with a financial advisor. Not only has he changed the strategy from dull investments with continuos losses to an up beat strategy which is gaining wealth and momentum where I feel more than comfortable.

His knowledge of the financial systems is admirable which leads to customer confidence and building a long term trusting relationship, something to be admired.

A sell order, signed via docusign, was not actioned ! I discovered this, after 6 weeks, when I tried to withdraw the proceeds. Nearly 2 months later and I still have no explanation as to why... Normally this company would receive a better rating but recently they have let me down badly.

Christian is always available if I have any queries & quickly resolves any questions posed by myself. In this sphere of ever evolving pension legislation, I am glad to have Christian looking after my interests & providing me with easy to understand & transparent advice for my situation. Christian is well organised and good at keeping me periodically updated with any factors that may be important to my pension.

We have just had our regular review with Sadie Webb, she’s knowledgeable, approachable and completely honest when she talks about our Abbey Wealth investment. I am very cautious when it comes to money , but she is very reassuring and always gives advice that I am comfortable with, she certainly seems to know and understand her clients. We have utmost confidence in her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her ( and Abbey Wealth) to our friends.

I have always found Sadie Webb to be helpful, friendly and punctual. On this occasion I had a couple of queries that she answered immediately for me. Whenever I contact her she deals with matters efficiently and quickly. She obviously has an excellent understanding of the product and her people skills are very good. Dismissive customer service. QROPS very high costs vs performance. Transparency of funds choice very poor. Lock-in period applied without declaring beforehand.Complains procedure done by Head of administration.

Abbey Wealth have been helping me manage investments for more than 10 years. During that time I have had regular and helpful support and advice. Over the last four years Richard Duncan has been my advisor. His regular catch ups and recommendations have been informative and helpful, especially during the Covid crisis. Transactions were managed promptly and smoothly. Now that my circumstances have changed he has been even more supportive and has managed the closing phase of our relationship with skill and tact.

I have been with Abbey Wealth since 2011 and have always valued their competent and sound advice. During this time I have had various advisors who have guided me safely through the intracracies of finance. My present advisor, Ms Sadie Webb is no exception. Her competence is excellent, her support invaluable and her person very professional.

I have been working with Mark Smith at Abbey Wealth since September 2022 as I tried to move my various pension pots into 1 manageable place. My funds aren't the largest but at every step he has been very clear as to what was happening. The Team viewer reviews are especially useful. I can't fault the service received from anyone at Abbey Wealth.

With the number of pension scams being reported I was concerned about moving and combining my pensions into a single portfolio. From the first contact several years ago to today I have received what I consider to be the most efficient service and the best advice. My personal advisor, Oliver Medina, has always been able to deliver relevant information, advice and guidance in plain English to enable me to make my own decision. As a long-term resident of France and with a handful of modest UK pension plans/schemes, I was having trouble obtaining sound advice. One company wasn't interested as I wasn't looking to invest (only draw income); another UK-based firm I suspected might not act in my best interests and/or might not have post-Brexit authorisation for the EU. Mark Smith at Abbey Wealth (based in Spain/Ireland and fully qualified) was recommended by a colleague and stepped into the breach. Two hour-long Teams sessions later (either side of obtaining my scheme details), I am much better informed and have a clear plan of action -- even though in my case that involves no commission for AW. There was a delay of a few weeks over the summer: one person I was dealing with left the company, and I had to persevere a bit to pin down a follow-up session, but the quality and detail of the advice made up for that.

Hi been with Abbey Wealth for a long time now and l was quite happy but now l thing the service has gone downhill. I was with one guy who had no idea what he was doing he lasted a year and my funds lost money in that year. Next one l was advised to move my funds from one platform to another as the charges were lower. I asked would my funds been the same moving them as l know buy and selling there are highs and lows but l was informed the fund amount would be the same and l would not lose anything well it lost overnight and as of today it’s lost more. I know the market is not good at present. But l not happy with the service my account is getting at present. I can’t see many reviews for 2023 online, is that telling me something
