Fast, professional, and friendly service. I received exactly what I ordered.

I recently purchased a Bell & Ross watch from this Ace. Prior to the purchase, I corresponded with the company over email, and they were very helpful with completing the purchase, and answering questions that I had.

Also, they were really quick sending the watch (UPS) to me, which was nice considering that I live in Norway. By the way: the item was well protected in wrapping and gift paper.

Overall, I'm super happy with the watch and the service. I would absolutely buy from Ace again.

Hier van een erfstuk een nieuwe ring laten maken, erg goed advies gehad van Wesley, en samen bekeken wat de mogelijkheden waren. Vakwerk geleverd door de goudsmid. Super service en zeer klantvriendelijk. Ik zal deze zaak bij iedereen aanraden, dus ook voor eigen ontwerp sieraden. Ik kom hier zeker terug !!

I live in Australia and placed an order for an aftermarket IWC OEM Watch Strap, order was fulfilled and shipped very quickly half way around the world.

Communication all the way through was superb.

The item came well packaged, and on opening had in fact been lovingly wrapped in tissue with a bow and a hand written card.

Would 110% percent use again and have no hesitation in recommending

Je suis très content du service. Ils répondent rapidement au demande même le dimanche. Ils font de bons prix. Et ils expédient très rapidement l'article. Bref je recommande cette société.

Ik wilde een bepaalde horloge die ik elders heb bekeken. De levering duurde minimaal 1 week dus ben ik verder gaan zoeken en ten slotte op Ace jewelers beland via internet. Het contact verliep dmv Whatsapp, super handig er werd rechtstreeks op mijn vragen in gegaan. Met behulp en inzet van de medewerker heb ik de horloge al 2 dagen later ontvangen. Alles verliep soepel , ook de feedback en aanvullende vragen werden keurig netjes en professioneel via whatsapp beantwoord. Absoluut een aanrader

I bought an original leather strap for my IWC watch. Price, communications and service where perfect.

Afgelopen weekend heb ik mijn tweede horloge bij Ace mogen aanschaffen. Zowel Wesley als Alon hebben op meerdere manieren alle tijd genomen, mee gedacht, informatie gegeven en uiteindelijk een mooie aanbieding gedaan. Helemaal top, ik ben super blij met mijn nieuwe horloge en ook nog steeds heel blij met mijn andere horloge!

They patiently answered all of my questions on the condition of the item, and even sent detailed photographs for me to examine. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the item.
