Mede dankzij de toegevoegde waarde van de medewerker van Ace Jewelers was de aankoop van een Breitling horloge een plezier om te doen!

Net als mijn vorige bestelling wordt er zeer snel gehandeld. Heb per mail en Whatsapp contact gehad en goede adviezen gekregen. De verzending verliep vlekkeloos. Enig nadeel betreft dat na de levering blijkt dat het horloge niet op maat is gemaakt, terwijl de polsmaat zoals is aanbevolen is opgegeven tijdens het bestelproces. Kom hier graag weer terug voor andere aankopen. Complimenten!

Service zoals het ook kan. Via de site informatie gevraagd over een Breitling en supper snel antwoord gekregen en vervolgens ook snel een deal kunnen sluiten. De prachtige Breitling opgehaald in de van Baerlestraat en ook daar op een zeer vriendelijke manier goede uitleg gekregen. Top

I had my wedding band filled with diamonds at Ace and i am extremely happy with their help, customer service, professionalism and care! I have been to the store multiple times to try out different rings and styles for an eternity ring and finally decided on filling my wedding ring with diamonds. Throughout this whole process, and my visiting their store a couple of times, they were very helpful, always patient (i asked a thousand questions and tried on every ring in the store), offered to ship in different styles of rings to choose from and kept me updated via email. When i finally decided to have my wedding ring filled, Wesley helped me through it all, carefully explained the whole process and kept me informed the whole time. They met all my needs and requests, nothing was too much to ask for and they were kind and customer friendly throughout. Every time we visited we were greeted with a warm welcome by all employees.

I LOVE the end result and get so many compliments on my ring! While i am emotionally attached to my wedding band and was a little hesitant about filling it up, they exceed all expectations! I can absolutely recommend Ace to anyone, whether you buy a new piece of jewellery or need help with an existing piece of jewellery: their service, staff and professionalism is outstanding!

Trouwringen
Voor trouwringen zijn wij bij Ace geweest en direct voelden we dat we in goede handen waren! Personeel dacht goed mee (wat past, wat is er mogelijk, wat lukt met de planning etc) en adviseerde professioneel, eerlijk en gebaseerd op veel ervaring. We zouden hen iedereen aanraden!

Eerst gebeld en zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan met de vraag of de band op voorraad was. Niet op voorraad maar binnen 2 weken zou deze bij mij thuis moeten zijn. Bestelling gedaan en al na 5 dagen de band keurig in cadeaupapier ontvangen ( niet om gevraagd ) ,met nog een mooi Horloge boek erbij ! Prima service dus.

Ik heb een speciale uitvoering van een Omega Speedmaster Professional gekocht. Zeer professionele en uiterst vriendelijke service, en supersnelle levering. Zeer uitgebreid assortiment.

Bij Ace op de Van Baerlestraat geholpen door Wesley. Had naast heel veel kennis van zaken ook de tijd en rust om goed te luisteren naar wat ik wilde en precies gevonden wat ik zocht binnen het budget. Voor een spannend moment toch ontspannen de deur uit gegaan! Chapeau

After visiting the store earlier this year, I was very charmed by NOMOS. Alon took all the time to answer my questions, and to explain even more. Then, during Basel, I received via WhatsApp pictures of newly introduced NOMOS models. When these came in store, they called me and reserved the models I showed interest in. And today I bought one.
All this just to illustrate the level of service you can expect from Ace Jewelers. Second purchase for me at Ace, still first class treatment. In short, I highly recommend this company!
