Na een lange zoektocht heb ik gisteren een horloge gekocht bij Ace Jewellers. Ik ben hier terecht gekomen vanwege hun uitgebreide en duidelijke webshop. Uiteindelijk wilde ik het product passen in de winkel.

Eenmaal in de winkel ben ik goed geholpen. Ik kwam voor een specifiek merk en type horloge. Vanuit verschillende prijsklasses werd nog naar alternatieven gezocht, dit allemaal om de klant met het juiste product naar huis te laten gaan. Daarnaast een goed advies en goede koffie!

Uiteindelijk toch het horloge gekocht dat ik op voorhand al online had uitgezocht.

I ordered some items and the customer service was outstanding. Emails were replied to the same day (despite the time difference - I'm in Australia), and I was kept informed and updated on the status of my order at all times (I wanted a couple of special order items). This is exactly the sort of customer service every business should strive for!

The shipping to Australia was free and the VAT was taken off making my purchase a bargain. Based on my experience I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Ace - absolutely perfect!
