Terrible After Sales Experience
We took our car today to the dealership for a service. We informed Acorn beforehand about an ongoing issue with PPF warning. This is a very common problem with some KIA models and I'm certain the dealership is fully aware of it, as there are 1000's of customers complaining about it in UK. Exhaust filter gets blocked very fast and in most cases forced regeneration is required. Of course the suggestion we were given was to drive it on a motorway at 50mph+, in lower gear etc., but we tried that many times and it simply doesn't work, which we told them already. Many other KIA owners confirm the same so this isn't a one off problem.
Car was purchased from Acorn less than 2y ago and is still within warranty. Despite the PPF issue being a common problem and a clear manufacturer fault, Acorn is charging us £144 for fixing the issue, even though we can be 100% certain it will come back very soon so we will end up having to pay that each time, as with the PPF error the car won't pass MOT.
This is a terrible after sales experience and the reason why we will never be using Acorn Warrington again, neither for buying a car or servicing it.

Booked my car for mot and service for 9am didn’t get it back until 345 pm. Service book wasn’t stamped. Service spanner still showed up in dash board and said they had no time for the so called free vallet,

Acorn Kia were very helpful and sorted the problem with our car not starting. Kia also found a fault with our fob so while waiting for a new one they provided me with a courtesy car, which was a great help.

Friendly and helpful staff
I am very pleased with the service provided by Acorn. The staff in the service department are so helpful and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Brooke and Ellie for their contact during my service, MOT and work completed under the 7 year warranty. Thank you also to the lady and gentleman who helped but I must apologise as I don't know your names. A massive thanks to the workshop guys for doing a great job - they are often missed out or forgotten about and also to the valeting staff. Overall, a great, stress-free and trustworthy experience. No written report of what they carried out on collection.
Instead I got a long list of expensive red flags, despite no advisories being noted at the previous service (at a different dealership).
Told them about a tyre pressure warning light, that they failed to register themselves.
I emailed them twice, following the service, to clarify if they changed the oil filter and engine oil. Sadly they never replied.
All in all, an extremely poor experience.
