When searching for mobility equipment online i find it quite difficult to find the most suitable product for myself but after phoning Active Mobility Centre for advice and speaking to one of the customer services team I was left feeling very happy and confident about the product I had chosen. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, ordering my product online I phoned them later that day regarding a query I had about my product, they were very friendly and dealt with my queries no problem. I received it only a couple of days later which was a lot speedier than expected as I was going on holiday and needed to take it away with me. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and I will definitely be using Active Mobility Centre in the future.

I ordered this cushion with custom dimensions and it arrived within 2 weeks. Well, I think that's great service and I'm really happy with how comfortable it is.

I especially feel the comfort at the end of the day after a long period sitting in my Wheelchair. I was having problems with comfort using my standard foam cushion and from day one I was much happier with this new cushion.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME AT 86 AND ALONE, WITH
ARTHRITIS IN MY SPINE, TO MASSAGE ANY MEDICATION
INTO MY LEGS OR FEET, AND MY BACKE WAS QUITE IMPOSSIBLE. I COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING THAT WOULD HELP, AND THEN MY PODIATRIAST, GAVE ME THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF ACTIVE MOBILITY. I."GOOGLED" THEM AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.. I CAN NOW MANAGE TO MASSAGE CREAM INTO MY LEGS, AND HEELS. IT'S A BIT MORE DIFFICULT TO APPLY TO MY SPINE, BUT I AM PERSEVERING...SO IF YOU NEED ANYTHING TO HELP YOU NOW YOU ARE LIKE ME, "PAST YOUR SELL BY DATE", LOOK AT WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER US 'GOLDEN OLDIES' TO HELP US, HELP OURSELVES.

Everything was so easy to understand, easy to find, and easy to navigate. Once ordered, goods arrived within 48 hours and I had spent six months or more with a Medical Oxygen Supplier failing to comprehend what we needed. Well done and thank you.

Needed a wheelchair at short notice having been let down by a supplier for purchase. British Red Cross at Westwood were extremely helpful, informative and provided us with a loan chair for the weekend

There's an excellent range of items for my dad's condition. The specially designed cups that ensure his brew goes down his throat and not his clothes, were ideal. He'd struggled to find comfy socks that didn't dig in his oedematous feet until I'd searched this company's website. Now he won't wear any other socks than these. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Having ordered a number of car stickers for my wife's new Motability vehicle, the stickers arrived quickly.

Unfortunately,there was a slight problem in that one of the stickers they sent was the wrong one. However, I contacted their customer services department and the replacement was here the next day.

I have no qualms about recommending Active Mobility Centre to anyone!

I WOULD LOVE YOU TO TRY THEIR PRODUCTS THEIR GREAT

I have bought a few things for my mum who is permanent in the bed after strock. The sling is really good quality, but a bit expensive. The card holder is good, but no card inside. I have expected to see the card with big numbers and pictures for older people. The magnifine glass is poor, its not suitable for older people. Mum is strugling to read. Also I got a talking clock which is not has clear voice and a bit noisy, so my mum does not like it. I wanted to refund it, but nobody gives me the answer and did not reply to my email at all. Next time I will be carefull to buy something from this website.

Customer phone answering poor when i queried the size of article i received abruptly told only one size and send it back if i didn't want it. Will certainly think twice before purchasing from you again.

The Engineer arrived in timely manner, was chatting and friendly whilst at the same time professionally getting on with the job, His work was tidy and speedy. I really cannot complain about any aspect of his job.
